I purchased a new home in 1/1/2019 and this business installed the sprinkler system. Since purchase, we have had leak issues every year and its due to poor workmanship or possibly not following the codes. Instead of using a couple to attach underground pvc pipe, the company forces the same size pipes into each other which is bound to leak over time. All three leaks we have had are related to the exact same issue.Business response

PVC pipe has a **** end therefore allowing each piece of the same size pipe to fit into one another. We use a primer and glue to connect the pvc pipe together. The couplings are only needed when the **** end can't be used. We installed the irrigation system in December 2018 and have only received 2 calls for leaks. The first one came in November 2019 and we repaired a leak near the double check and water meter. The second call came October 2020 and repaired the leak on the mainline where a joint came unglued. There is only a 1 year warranty on irrigation systems we install but because the glue didn't stick like it should we didn't charge the homeowner for the repair. We haven't heard anything else from them, since. As far as not installing the system to code, ************ is one of the strictest water purveyors. The system was inspected and passed all inspections according to the **** standards.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:As mentioned in your response, two leaks were reported already and I have two additional leaks. I request that these leaks be repaired. You mentioned that you repaired the second leak and did not charge because the glue did not work as it should have so I am requesting that you please fix the two leaks since they are related to the exact same issue and is not from normal wear and tear.
I reached out to home warranty and they mentioned that we are out of warranty. Please advice me on what I should do next.
Regards,
