I placed an order with Bears For Humanity on March 5th, 2024- I received an order number, #*****, from the business along with an email acknowledging that they received. My credit card will immediately billed for the amount of the order that I placed in the total of: $61.45. I have reached out to the business owner multiple times, twice to the email address provided, once to a link on their website and two phone calls to the number that was provided in the initial email response: *************. All I wanted was a responce back from them as to when the stuffed bear I ordered would ship- their website states that the order is processed within 1-2 hours. I would not report them if they had just responded to my inquiry and concerns.Customer response
