For the past year, we have visited the provide for the same issue. For each time the same treatment is provided. On the last visit they offered an alternative treatment and billed us a Exam Fee even thought it was the same issue. We called to setup another appointment as the problem continued. The receiptionist was very aggressive and combative. She said it will be another exam fee to bring the dog in for the test required. I asked why as we paid it last 5 times for the same wrong treatments. She said that is the way it is. She said they do trial and error and even if it is the wrong treatment they just **** it all the time. This is very unethical and now they are asking for another exam fee to drop the dog off for more tests. We would like a refund of the $87 fee on 7/14. We have left several messages for a callback and sent emails and no replies.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: It doesnt resolve the fact that they continued to treat the dog with the same medicine that was not working and continued to **** after we advised it was not working. It was unethical and dishonest. the receptionist even admitted they sometimes just do the same thing and it is what it is.
