I first contacted this company to install a new ac system in my grandmothers home at **********, ******, TX ***** on September 15th, 2022. A deposit of $3500 was paid to the contractor on September 19th. Contractor scheduled install for October 7th. On that morning they called to move their install appointment because she was having to go to court for child issues with her ex husband. Contractor rescheduled for October 10th at 8am. At 10:00am they called and said they couldn't make it that they would now need to come on the following Wednesday. Then they remembered they had a dentist appointment that day so couldn't make that day either. We asked for a refund of our deposit since the contractor was unable to provide their services. They initially declined saying they would drop the equipment that they purchased off in our front yard. I pushed back and let them know I would file a BBB complaint to help resolve the issue. Brad, the owner of the company finally called and agreed to give us our money back. The stipulation being that they had to return the equipment to the warehouse for a refund. That was on October 10th. I've checked in with them numerous times since then and they always say they are waiting for a check in the mail from the return of the equipment, which is a lie. I do not think they have any intention of giving us our money back. At this point they are taking advantage of my elderly grandmother and so I need to have your help to fix this issue or engage my attorney to go after them.
