This company installed the original septic system for our property. They then connected 2 additional buildings without making required upgrades or filing proper paperwork as required.We paid them for new tanks over a year and a half ago but they keep putting off finishing our job for other projects. Now they have failed to respond to emails and their listed phone number is not accepting messages.Initial Complaint

I am still active duty Navy with 28 years of service. I bought a lot on Possum Kingdom Lake in 2021 with the intent on building my retirement home. I contracted a local contractor to build retaining walls, install drainage systems, install septic system, and level lot in preparation for building a house on June 5, 2021 with a completion date of Aug 31, 2020. Lot address: **** Upper ****** Graham, TX XXXXX Contractor: **** ********* ******** Services LLC, *** Colorado Ave., Graham, TX XXXXX I agreed to 3 phases to pay for the work. I paid 2 full payments for the first 2 phases, but at this time only a small portion of the work is complete. I was transferred to Japan and deployed for most of 2021 but continually tried to contact Luis for updates with very little success. If he replies at all, it will be weeks if not months later. He did not make me aware, nor did I agree to, several new charges. I have attached both invoices with the work descriptions that I paid him for. He completed 5 of the 10 jobs ($15,400 of the $23,740 I paid him) on the first invoice. He completed 1 of 2 jobs ($14,500 of the $25,760 I paid him) on the second invoice. That equates to $19,600 that he has been paid for work that has not been completed. After weeks of trying to get a text or phone call back, he finally replied after pressure from other persons in the area to contact me. After a very productive talk and him apologizing profusely, he agreed to stop work and return money back to me. I told him the amount I calculated was $19,600 and he stated the return should be $8,815. This is when he made me aware of extra charges and work that I did not agree to and he never told me about. To ease the situation and find a quick resolution before I deploy again, I agreed to $14,000 and he accepted. That conversation was on April 10, 2022. He then stated that he would wire transfer the money to me on April 12, 2022. He has not wired the money and will not reply to me at all.Business response
