We brought our car into Midas for them to put a new back up camera/radio/dvd/cd system. They took out my old one that worked (except for the cd player) and kept it. They then told us they put a brand new system in and instead they replaced with an old system that was broken from the day we picked it up. We have asked for them to replace it and they are refusing to work with us and refuse to give the money back that we paid them for the new system. They also in the process killed the battery in our car and we had to purchase a new one separately. They also punctured the antifreeze line and we had to fix it ourselves. They have been dodging our calls and refuse to give us back our money or the old radio or even replace the new one.
