I staying at this hotel in March or April 2021. I paid cash therefore they required a cash deposit instead of using a debit card so I gave him a $200 deposit of which whenever I left the hotel I forgot to require. Over the next seven months I called this business five times of which I also fax my ID twice to show proof that this was my deposit as my ID matches with what they had on file but each time they said they would know me a check for the $200 cash and never transpired. Now when I call yet again nine months later they say theyre under new management and my deposit was with the previous owner management company and the current new owner management company even though they agree that This deposit is mine they insisted that they paid me even though they refused to do a trace route on the check with their accounting corporate department since like I said before. New corp or not its the same neglegsnt hotel who owes me $200. Please help
