On 9/18/2023 I contacted ***, owner to fix the driveway in which it was cracking. we agreed to pay an additional ******* to have a sealer put on the driveway and to have a white coating put back on it after the cracks were repaired. It was the most awful patch job I have ever seen. *** sent over a guy from his RV park business who told me he has never put this white coating down before and proceeded to water the driveway and put the powder down and then water it again in patches. Now every time you walk on the driveway you track in white powder to the house. If a wind blows the neighbors are Eni dated with dust from the driveway. Poorest job I have ever had and for what we paid this is ridiculous. When I talk to ***, all I hear is how long he has done this job. That does not help me when his workers dont do the job right and he sends someone who has never done this type of work before. I want my driveway fixed thats all I am asking for and have it done right. If I go to clean my driveway or leaf blow it-all the powder comes off---FIX IT AND DO IT RIGHT is all I am askingBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:As in my previous compliant the driveway provided to us was not done according to what was told to us. In the previous compliant the response from the business was to provide the contract knowing that we did not have a contract with the company but relied on his experience after telling us he was in business for over 30 years. In Nov we were contacted by his office manager who told us that the owner had driven by our residence and that she would call us back to 'make it right' and 'take care of us'. We have received no response from the company and when trying to call them back we only get a voice mail. If nothing is going to be done or any attempt to provide services that were 'guaranteed ' to last 20 years that did not last two weeks then we need to know. The business/owner is deliberately avoiding rectifying this situation and providing us with a product that we believed we paid for. All we ask is that *** (owner) have people come to our house who know what they are doing and give us the driveway he promised and what we paid for because we did not pay for the driveway provided in these pictures. We had sealer put on our driveway and paid ******* for that when it was suppose to dry in 3-5 hours and 6 days later we still could not walk on it. We were promised and paid for a concrete colored driveway and photos are provided to see what we have. All we ask is to please fix our driveway. Desired Resolution: Finish the Job

The customer was upset about the cracks because of the drought and we told them we could seal it but the gray look would go away. They allowed us to do the service and now they aren't happy with their decision. We would have to completely re-do the driveway, so if they want a bid I can get that for them. They installed approximately **** sq ft of asphalt road from this company, they promised that I can drive any heavy vehicle top of that, however with in 3 months the roads falls a part. I called them, they send a guy to check the road, eventually he argued with me saying it's my fault since I allowed big truck to run on the road. There are 250 L feet needs to replaced, they wanted me to pay for that but agreed split the cost, however the road is having lot issues in other places to. They are not coming to fix the road nor answering me anything.
