DT Roofing company did some repairs for me And they was paid in full .Some of the work they claimed they did and got paid for wasnt done .I have been to their office bunches of times .Got no response back .Have called ****************** of times got all kinds of excuses.Have ask for all the money to be returned for the work that they gotten paid for which they didnt do .No work around my carport was done its a brand new carport.No furniture was moved .No work behind **** was done .No vent for acttic was put up .And a lot more that they have a copy forBusiness response

I'm sorry to hear that you think we misled you or said we did work that we did not do.
Unfortunately we tried to explain that the customers insurance claim was $19060.56. Our final invoice to the customer was $16,600.00. The reason the invoice was lower than the actual money the customer was paid from insurance was because we only billed for the work we completed. We completed this work in October of 2022 and surprised that she is just now bringing this to my attention.
***** offered to meet (i have text messages as proof) the customer during the week as he could not meet with her on Saturdays
She stated in a letter to me that we did "untrustly work and dishonest".
Sometimes insurance claims are difficult to **** through. After an audit of this account, I did find that we did bill to move the dryer and this was not needed. I have offered to pay/ reimburse this $71.35.
We also agreed to pay the remove and reset satellite fee paid by insurance. The home owner didn't want the satellite dish put back on the roof. She wanted it discarded. We hauled it off.
She wants the $49.88 reimbursed Because we didn't reinstall the dish.
These are the only 2 items I agreed to pay customer. She obviously wanted more cash. She said "none of us gonna win" and hung up.
Then the bad review.
