I have 2 vehicles needing critical parts to make them a drivable vehicle again. We ordered a transmission for a 1995 **** Bronco and an engine for a 2000 **** F-150. Neither of them were delivered and I was never refunded any of the $1350 I had spent trusting them to deliver. I have confirmation Numbers and invoices for both transactions. -Date of transaction: February 2, 2024.-Amount of money paid to business: $485.00.-What the business committed to provide me with: A 2012 ***** Malibu Transmission. At, (6 speed), 2.4L (opt MH8), 63k Miles with a 2 year Warranty. -I was promised several dates for delivery, from; February 19 to Feb 21 to Feb 23, and the last message stated a delivery date for yesterday, Monday, February 26, 2024 and I still dont have my transmission! -I did receive two voicemails: the first regarding the original delivery day and the second regarding the delivery date of Feb 23rd with their apologies for the delay, both times I was told I would receive a call from the driver an hour before delivery; however, no call and no delivery!-Account/Order/Tracking Number: EAP77334951Customer response

Purchased a used transmission from this company on Jan 26 2024. They said allow ***** working days to deliver. Invoce said EXCLUSIVE AUTO PARTS, BUT PAYMENT WENT THRU ( *********************** LLC) As of 2./27./24 i have not received my order and phone numbers for company are no longer valid. i have several phone numbers that they contacted me with. All of which are no longer in service

I have a voicemail from them apologizing about the delay and many text messages back and forth. Not that they would help
That address on the invoice was not valid. The company is a fraud, only one number was from *****, but it wasnt linked to the sellers info
