On July 4th, I visited the ************* location for a car wash. While my Tesla Model X was inside the tunnel, the second brush made contact and broke off the cap of the driver's side mirror. I immediately reported the incident to the on-site agent, who attempted to locate the missing mirror cap but was unsuccessful. He recorded my name and phone number and assured me that the location would follow up with me. Additionally, he mentioned that an incident report would be filed.Despite waiting a few days, I made several attempts to contact the location via phone calls and voicemails but did not receive any response. The inability to drive the car due to the broken side mirror has been extremely frustrating. To resolve the issue promptly, I plan to proceed with the repair process. If necessary, I will seek legal assistance from our attorney team to address the damages incurred.Initial Complaint

I have a monthly car wash membership at the location. I went through the car wash on January 10th 2024 at approximately 4:40pm. When I went through the wash, the car wash damaged my vehicle causing a scratch down to the bare metal. I immediately went to the manager once I noticed the scratch just minutes later while I was hand drying it. The manager reviewed the car wash camera located at the entrance of the wash machine and it clearly shows no damage upon entry. I did notice a noise in the wash I did not hear before and mentioned that to the manager on duty. They took my information and completed an incident report. The manager agreed that it was in fact damaged in the wash and that I just needed to get 2 quotes for the repairs. One repair estimate came in at $1,782.99. I submitted both estimates a few days later. Since then I've gone to the car wash to check the status of my claim and have been told it was sent off to ********************* I've gone back to ask for a claim number or someone that it was sent to and they will not give me any info. They will not give me a corporate phone number and manager has contacted me of any status. I called ******************** and they cannot find any claim associated with my name or phone number.
