I hired Certapro to paint the exterior of my home. I walked their boss around to show him what I wanted painted on my house. They rushed me into picking out a color, but I liked the small sample they painted on my home so I picked that color. They painted my home and I went around to look at their work, but they didn't paint everything I wanted them to paint. I called Certapro and told him that I wanted these other spots painted too, but those areas weren't painted like I told him in the beginning. He told me they would be out there that week to fix what hadn't been done. They never showed up that week. I called him the next week and he told me they'd come out that week, again, they never showed up. I called him again and he said his men 'had to go home to take care of something so they wouldn't be available for the next couple weeks to a month' and I said okay. I called back a month later and the same man I spoke to said 'Oh, I thought we were done with this job so that's why I never came back out to check the finished product'. And yet he told me he would finish the job that they started free of charge, but didn't complete! I became so fed up with talking to him and asking for the SAME THING FOR MONTHS ON END that I went elsewhere and figured I would pay someone else to finish this job that wouldn't even take them all that long to do considering the very small area they needed to paint. What a disappointment. Don't hire them! Save your money and go elsewhere.

At our estimate appointment we walked your property and discussed exactly what was to be painted. The two small stone areas on either side of your front door were specifically mentioned as 'do not paint' which was thoroughly documented in my estimate which you reviewed and signed. So per your request, those areas were left untouched. Upon completion of the original work we spoke and you were more than satisfied with job performed. Shortly after that you did call back and asked for the additional work and we were happy to accommodate at no extra charge. However, this request came in at the height of our summer rush and unfortunately, we couldn't schedule your service as quickly as we would have liked. I will take ownership for this and take it as a learning lesson to do better.

Again, we did fulfill your initial requests and painted everything outlined in our estimate which, again, you approved and signed before the work started. We apologize for any miscommunication and aim to please every customer, everytime. We understand that you have hired outside of our company, but if you are in need, please call the office and we'd like the chance to make this right.

Your initial statements are all correct. BUT, I called you multiple times and you told me you'd be there on a specific day that week, but you never showed up. I called you again, month after month, and you did the same thing. I called you in September and you acted like we had never spoken about this, even though we had...many times! If it was your busy season, you should have stated that it was and told me to call you back during a specific month, but you never said that. You made promises you would come on a certain day and never kept that promise and then acted like you knew nothing of this request during my last call to you. Speak the truth. Don't give your customers lies and hopes that you'll be stopping by soon, but never do. Ridiculous...
