I was contacted by one of their recruiters. ****************** was scheduled to phone interview by her on December 18, 2023. On this day I didnt get a call, but I received an email announcing Id been hired for the position. (Intake coordinator position). I explained to ****** I never spoke with her and was confused by the acceptance email for the position. When we finally talked. It turned out she interviewed the wrong person. ****** verified with me she did talk to who she thought was me. With a few discrepancies. The interviewers age, and she didnt have a Masters degree. So once it had been determined she interviewed the wrong person. I was told by ****** she would talk to her supervisor and get back with me. The next day December 19, 2023. I dont hear from her so I try to email her from the same email address Id been communicating with from the beginning. Surprisingly Each email I sent on 12-19-23, came back not delivered. I called the number Id been communicating with and it went immediately to VM. I call the supervisor, left a detailed message about what happened and I never received a call from the supervisor either. Metrocare ****** handled this situation poorly. I never received a call or explanation. Iam currently unemployed. To be told I have a position and then admit the recruiter messed up is unprofessional, unacceptable and looks bad for this location.
