No one wants foundation work done, but I am glad I chose Pinnacle. I am happy with the whole process and the results. ******* was incredibly helpful with scheduling and finding a good time for an appointment. She was friendly and helped ease my concerns right from the beginning. Great customer service! ******************* was punctual, explained what he would be doing, listened to our concerns, and walked the property with us. He then took measurements inside and showed us where movement was occurring. He sat with us, thoroughly explained the repair plan, and addressed all our questions. On the day of the repair, ****** in Operations called to discuss some details and communicated very well throughout the whole process. The crew arrived on time and was very respectful. They made sure to clean everything up after the work was done. I am extremely pleased with the results. The large crack in our brick has closed up, and we can now close our back door without any trouble. Several smaller cracks have closed up inside and looks much better. Overall, the experience was seamless! I highly recommend Pinnacle's services!Review from Robert D

We're very pleased with Pinnacle Foundation. We fix and flip houses in the DFW area so we deal with a ton of foundation issues. When it came to our most recent project, we needed a creative solution to repair the foundation per engineering spec but fit our budget.Pinnacle was the only bid (of 5) to come up with a hybrid solution to make engineers happy, level the foundation, and meet my budget.Their performance and professionalism was top notch. The site supervisor called me each day with an update and walked me around the property after the lift was complete. We'll call them first for our next foundation repair. Thanks!Review from Auston c

I'm a real estate agent and in the course of my business I have dealt with a lot of foundation companies. Pinnacle did a great job, to include the work itself as well as the prep work and putting everything back like they found it when they were done. Pinnacle did an excellent job of stabilizing our house's foundation. They did everything that they promised to do, and did it in one day. After setting 13 piers, they restored soil around the foundation and hauled off excess soil. The site manager explained what they would do, walked me through each step of the way, and followed through on everything. His attention to detail was impressive. They exceeded my expectations. We chose Pinnacle among four proposals, and we are glad that we did.Review from Amy R

We just had our foundation repaired by Pinnacle Foundation Repair and could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. We were first impressed with ************** who came to do the initial assessment and who continued to be involved throughout the process, answering any questions we had and checking in with us afterwards. The crew that did the work were very professional, appeared attentive to detail and highly skilled, and cleaned up so well afterwards you could not tell they had been here. The supervisor ************ was very professional as well and communicated with us throughout the time the work was being done so that we knew at each stage of the process what to expect. The office staff who were involved in scheduling and communicating with us were also very professional and helpful. Pinnacle did an amazing job on our French drain and saved us a ton of money. The job was completed in 1 day and looks amazing. would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.
