      We will be more than happy to process your request. Your request must be handled through the proper channels please review the link to the faq page that was provided to you and follow the proper steps to complete your request. Your orders was placed less than 3 business days ago and has not even had the opportunity to process completely. Submitting complaints to the bbb instead of submitting a cancellation request through the proper department with the company is not going to expedite your request please review the faq page and submit your request properly and we will be more than happy to get your order cancelled.

      I followed the company's request (Tactical Skeleton) to request a cancellation of my order and get a refund. I went to the FAQs, which led to a chat and the chat said send  **** ********************************* a cancellation email (see below):  It's been 8 days and no refund. I didn't get a response from **** and the chat box wouldn't answer any other questions.

      I ordered a fully built upper in July and was informed that it would ship in August. I called back in September, October, and November about my delivery and was given the same response each time, "it's almost finished." It is clearly not almost finished.

      We do apologize for the delay in shipping your product our minimum lead time on all of our manufactured goods is 6-8 weeks minimum and unfortunately in this instance we did exceed our lead time do to machining delays on our barrels. Once again we apologize for the delay and I will be having one of our managers reach out to you personally to see if there is anything we can do to help make up for your inconvenience.

      Ordered product on line 25 November 2022. Website said 6 to 8 weeks depending on availability of parts. Emailed in February website changed to show 8 + weeks. Got called said didn't have power, cant get materials, and just to busy with multiple orders. Now website says "current estimated lead-time between ***** weeks." I've Emailed and got no response. Product is custom ar 10 $1699.99.

      We do apologize for the significant delay in your product being delivered during this time our area faced severe weather causing power outages and broken pipes that destroyed machinery and raw materials required to manufacture these custom products causing the significant increase to all lead times .       Purchased a product on 8/14/2021 for $1,199.98 from these folks. I read the FAQ's and patiently waited throughout the initial timeline (over 4 months). After 5 months I sent an email and received no response after several weeks. All the customers on here are asking for in some basic communication and would probably be understanding but it seems you leave us no choice but to resort to resources like this.

Typically we are able to complete our these orders in the minimum estimated lead time of 20 weeks but unfortunately delays in raw materials have caused significant setbacks. I have looked through my emails and do not see any request for status updates from you but, I am happy to provide you with one now your product has completed machining, assembly, testing and is currently in quality control you should be receiving tracking information this week.       Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/09/21) */ The order was fulfilled a couple days after the case was opened and we resolved it with the customer directly and he advised us he would be removing the invalid bbb complaint when he ordered he was aware of a minimum lead time of 20 weeks. Which he must physically type the word yes I agree in order for the purchase to be completed this needs to be removed from our BBB history completely I cant have erroneous complaints affecting our business when the customers are 100% aware of our minimum lead times and have multiple points of contact within our company to get information pertaining to there orders this customer never contacted us only filed this complaint.
