I made a purchase from seller December 15 2023 for 2 rebuilt cylinder heads that advertised a 12 month warranty in the amount of $606.43 order # **************. I didnt install parts immediately because of financial issues plus items have 12 months warranty right. I was able to pay my mechanic to install parts 4 months later after installing parts mechanic informed parts are defective and leaking oil so I emailed seller twice with no response. Then emailed again as a new buyer and got aggressive response telling parts were 6 months old and return window was not available. I responded by telling seller parts werent 6 months old because parts were defective and I wasnt able to use them so emailed seller again about refund he said 30 days where up and I can only ship back to rebuild parts that are supposed to be rebuilt in the first place I asked if seller to cover shipping and mechanic fees for removal and got no response just like the first 2 emails I was ignored. Now Im stuck with this parts on my engine and when they are removed Theres miscellaneous items like gaskets, silicone, bolts ,time and labor that I have to pay for. These parts are not used by me only installed because turned out defective. I tried working with seller but he was too defensive about his quality control that I had no control over I paid for auto parts that didnt work

Cylinder Heads International exchanged a Jeep Cylinder Head and sent me a poorly finished product with defective components. They agreed to replace it, and the replacement had the same issue. Poor components/ poor machine work with incorrect clearances in which none of the valves or springs seated properly. 2nd head ruined my entire jeep motor.

I was promised a product equal to or better than a new cylinder head(per their website "about" section). I received a product that had some issues, but the company assured me it was still functional; after having several professionals inspect the product, they all pointed out a variety of problems with the part that would cause issues even if used as intended, it was not up to the original equipment manufacturer standards the part needs to be, and it is going to cost more than what I paid to fix it. the product is a cylinder head for a 2006****************** which have a flaw that usually ends in catastrophic engine failure if not addressed. In their attempt to address the issue, Cylinder Heads International caused a different problem that affects the part's function. The components of the head they claimed were fixed to equal or better than the original equipment manufacturer standards were done in a noticeably wrong way. They claim that they fixed the original flaw, which in this case was replacing the valve seat with a different one and sinking it into the head, which is appropriate, but this introduces a problem with the rest of the valvetrain. On the page listing the product and the word done, they don't let the customer know how they claim to fix the flaw will bring other issues to the engine. Even if their solution to the problem wasn't substandard, which in this case it is, the quality of work in other areas of the heads is. The surface finish of the valve seats is terrible and would cause issues, and the head gasket sealing surface is too rough to work with any head gaskets, which would cause damage to the heads and the engine itself. When I previously emailed, I sent them pictures that showed not only the issue I had noticed at the time(missing chunks of metal under the seat area) but also substandard valve seat surface and the sunk seat(which I wasn't aware of at the time), but they alert me to any of those issues. i paid 590 dollars, cost of fix is 700
