I ordered a house flag from this company. There wasn't anything wrong with the flag as far as the quality, it was beautiful. Because of the way the American flag was set up with other images I asked if I could return it. The company responded to my request and asked if I would like a replacement. I was able to select an entirely different flag. I was told I did not have to return the original flag. I elected to donate it to The American Rescue Workers and they were so pleased to get it. I am thrilled with the new flag. I am thankful this company responded as they did.Review from Rodney V

They are the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with. They do not keep their shipping dates nor do they reply to you when you ask where is your order is. They say a hundred percent satisfaction guaranteed or they will correct it that's a lie. I ordered a Jesus Jersey according to their size chart oh, and when I received it it was just a little too tight I asked to exchange it, and they said no. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.Review from Camille M

Like the others, I was given an arrival date of March 28th and nothing. When I send emails asking questions, I never get a courtesy of a response. It appears that it is lost in the USPS system, who will also do nothing at this time. I have asked for a refund and I'll return their package if it ever arrives, as I no longer need it (it was a gift). I've heard nothing back from them. Communication is poor and I fear that I have been ripped off. Their lack of any communication does not build trust.Review from Lisa C

They are dishonest. I was sent half my combo order and I was told I could get the leggings for 20% off that order. I've already paid 50.00 for this. Don't trust this person.Review from Matt G

The item I ordered of course came late like all the other reviews. Way after Christmas and I ordered beginning of month. I live in Texas too. When I received the item it was too big. Maybe my fault. Maybe the size chart fault. Either way I asked to exchange. I was met with all these hurdles to try and exchange. Crap company. Would not recommend. And am actively making sure people know what happened to me so they don't make the same mistake. Apparently 30 bucks is more important to this company than happy customers.Review from Nicole h.

I ordered a gift for Christmas . I chose this company because it said fast shipping . The item sat in a warehouse according to tracking in Houston for 8 days without moving . I've sent multiple emails and the response is always the same , the item has shipped . Never again !Review from Sally Anne R

This company claims that the customer satisfaction is their number one goal. However, that isn't true because I placed a order, I was very unhappy about the length of time the item was taking to arrive so I sent an email to customer service asking how I could return the item if it ever arrives and was told that I can't return it. That is not customer satisfaction. I think that other consumers should be aware of their practices.
