It is my belief and experience that this company sells lights that do not function at all, AND would like you to pay extra out of pocket for a chance to get a working product . I have purchased 2 Nebo **** lumen headlamp ( 2 x $54 ) AND a Davinci **** (~ $100) lumen flashlight. The 2 headlamps dont work, they never even turned on. I dont think I have to tell anyone that if 2 of the same product dont function, its unlikely to be a coincidence. The $100 flashlight I bought as a gift for my father in law ( strict military type ) and now I'm left scratching my head wondering if I'm going to be gifting one of the only men in my life who I want the approval of, a defective product. This company claims to stand behind thier product. What a joke! After calling and explaining my situation, the customer service rep was dismissive, uncaring, and at many points completely uninterested in understanding my problems, and even less trying to resolve them.After a couple of days they reached out though, and said they may look at them if I PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. I'm sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous, I'm a hard working man who eats from the sweat of my brow, and when i finish any project, you can expect it to work, and if it doesnt ill make **** sure it will shortly. Thats my pride, ill go the extra mile 5 times over to make sure im doing a good job, on my dime, on my clock. But I dont think ****, Ironically named after something biblical, doesnt give a **** about fixing thier own mistakes, let alone paying the customer the courtesy of paying for shipping to earn my loyalty as a customer. Why should i pay near $15 to get my brand new headlamps fixed? Why do i have to sit and worry if the still boxed Davinci that i need to work, will work? I dont know why, But **** does.
