      I rented a trailer this morning from Rental Stop, a company I have used many times over the years. When I picked up the trailer, I noticed that three tires looked good, but one looked bald. I asked the guy loading my trailer if it was safe to drive, and he assured me it was. I drove to my pickup location to get asphalt, and as I was driving, within one mile, the bald tire on the trailer blew out. The trailer swung to the left of my vehicle, cracking my rim and almost flipping me over. Thankfully, I didnt roll over, but I had to get my truck towed due to the damage to the rim.The owner of Rental Stop lied and said the towing company told them they had to tow it to their facility the tow yard, even though I had asked them to tow it to my home so I could get my material. When I spoke to the owner, she essentially blamed me, saying it was my fault because I could have refused to take the trailer. The best she offered was to charge me $130 to drop off my materials. They had repaired the blown tire is what she said, but I questioned why I should pay for towing my materials when I had paid for 24 hours of rental on the trailer. I pleaded with her to do the right thing, explaining that I had been a customer for years and they knew the tire wasnt safe. All I asked for was my material.The owner said she would be willing to dump it on the property, and I could come shovel it onto my truck. Im absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I would never treat someone like this. They take no responsibility and don't care about the safety of their customers. Everything was about "we will take care of ours; you take care of yours." Completely unprofessional. She refused to bring me my materials I paid $300 for. She wouldnt allow me to get a different vehicle to tow the trailer with my material. She basically stole $123.66 that paid for my 24 hour rental plus $300 in my materials that she refused to deliver.

      Customer rented the trailer and signed off on a legal contract, stating she was responsible for the trailer in its entirety once she drove off the lot. She took the trailer as is and left.  She called us to let us know that the trailer had a flat tire, and she was on the side of the road. We sent a mechanic out to get the trailer fixed. We then got a call from the police stating it was going to get towed since her truck was not drivable which was not originally stated to us by the customer.  The tow company called and stated we could follow them to the impound lot and they would drop it off outside the impound lot for us to pick it up.  ************ picked up the trailer, and we paid the tow bill for the trailer.  We fixed the tire and brought the trailer back to our location.  The next morning, we dropped of the customer supplies at her house. The customer was only charged for the ********************** of the trailer. She was not charged for the damaged tire even though the signed contract states she would have to pay for any damages to the trailer. The customer was not charged for the tow bill on the trailer or the delivery fee of her material.  At this time, this contract and concern has been resolved.
