      got my order wrong, both sides not included spoke to manager, **** she didn't speak, English very well. didn't offer any compensation except to return with the order, this is the store on ******, in Arlingtonn I leave over 20 minutes away, Just given a heads up to check order.

      I ordered 2 whole chickens with the rice and beans. My total was 47.62 for the the order. When I got home, I notice that the refried beans container was swollen and the beans were bubbling out out the container underneath the wrapped plastic. I didn't even have to smell them to know that I had been served spoiled/sour beans. I went back to the restaurant only to be asked did I want another container of beans. No one apologized, No one offered a free meal on Pollo Regio. All the way back home I was just sick to my stomach thinking about the food I had been served. My family wouldn't touch the chicken or the rice. I believe that I should be refunded for the meal that we didn't get to enjoy because the bad food preparation on their part.

      Went to Pollo Rejio in Grand Prairie Tx , on East Main st, they would not take my $5 American bill cause it was partially torn, said it was company policy. I felt discriminated cause it was a slightly torn bill. Poor company policy.

      I called this location to give me corporates number to file a complaint and they said they only had Human Resources number so when they gave it to me it was a Chilis Number..... this was a manger that gave me the number by the way. Pollo Regio should do a better job at who they hire as managers for this is not the only location where they don't have managers who know how to actually deal with customers/employees the right way.

      Staffing at Pollo Regio needs to be addressed. I placed on line order at 11am for a noon pick up. I arrive at 12pm to pick up my order and it wasnt ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes. When I asked to speak with a manager, the manager could not speak English. I have a 30 minute lunch, time is of the essence for me. Pollo Regio needs to hire competent staff, English speaking and computer skills.
