    On 10/21/22 our group was to be picked up in Fort Worth at 5:45 and driven to Dallas.At 5:30 we still had not heard a word from our driver.We had to pay for 2 Ubers to make it to our dinner reservation in time.We finally got ahold of the office manager Tyneka Allen and she said they had to switch buses due to an oil leak on the first one. After dinner the driver showed up at 9:20.The bus had clearly not been cleaned since its last use and the speaker system was entirely broken.The driver tried for 15 minutes to fix the speakers but to no avail so we did not move until 9:35.We had a quiet drive back to FW and were piling off the bus by 10:25.Even more upsetting was there was a hole in the school-bus-style doors and they wouldn't close and were flapping partially open on the freeway.When this was brought to Ty's attention by sending her a video she said we should have gotten off the bus? Since we wouldn't want 8 girls in an unfamiliar area late at night that thought didn't enter our mind We paid $590 for 4 hours.Because we were only on the bus for an hour, Ty originally promised a refund of 3 out of the 4 hours we paid for,which we assumed would be $440.However, she now says that we are being charged for 2 hours ($295) because that is the price for a pick up and drop off,despite us showing her time-stamped photos of us in the restaurant and our home proving we only rode in the bus 1 hour.To receive a partial refund of $295 she requested an NDA be signed because they don't want bad reviews Ty was extremely rude and aggressive with both me and my mother Tracy *****, she said they would fight us if we tried to dispute the charge with our Visa.She said they would win and we wouldn't receive any type of refund then. When we asked for the managers name and phone number we were told he doesn't speak to customers.We feel we are due a full refund of $590 for the lack of/poor quality/unsafe service received.To date the NDA has not been signed and no refund has been received

    I booked a party bus for 30 people for my sisters birthday. The website says they have karaoke and lights.When I talked to ****** she did warn me that she didnt recommend having 30 people on because it could get hot. I let her know that wasnt a problem it was just going to be about 25 people.Day of it ends up being only 24 of **. Well we did not fit. Some of ** had to sit in someones lap. Which was not very comfortable. I will say the driver was great! She definitely made it fun and less unpleasant.I wouldnt have gotten so upset if ****** hadnt been rude when I emailed her Hi ******, I'm very sorry that you had an undesirable experience on the bus! We always tell everyone that books to keep the capacity at at the very least 20 passengers on the 30 passenger bus. When you booked you were told that the bus didn't have a pole or karaoke but it is bluetooth capable. You were fine with that. We let all of our customers know about the capacity at booking, it is at your own discretion that you put more than that on the bus. You got our most expensive bus and the newest bus. The driver said you all had at least 30 passengers on the bus when i spoke with her, not 24. Again i apologize for your inconvenience but everything was explained at booking and we provided the full amount of time and service, also the bus was filthy when we went to check it the next day with crushed doritos everywhere, the driver was nice enough to pick up all if the trash ghat was left behind. We usually charge a cleaning fee but we did not. If it was so unbearable i wish you would have called me when the bus arrived to you and let me know, then we would have gladly canceled your reservation and gave you a full refund if everyone didnt fit and you all were very uncomfortable. But you went through with the full reservation and you got the time you paid for.20person *** on a 30 person bus makes it a 20 person bus. And I was not told about no karaoke upon booking I was told after the fact.
