Anthony was very knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to talk to. He answered all our questions and did not try to pressure us in anyway. And after one day we can already notice a difference in the way the water and our skin feels. I would recommend this product to anyone having issues with hard water.

I want to start by saying that I don't usually go out of my way to give reviews to companies, but I had to make an exception with this establishment. This is by far the best company that my wife and I have enjoyed doing business with. From our salesperson (Nate M*****) to the General Manager (Laura S******) and even the owner (Susan C****), this establishment is one that every company should model themselves after. Shortly after our installation, we had a pipe burst due to the water filtration system, resulting in our attic and another area of our house being flooded. It was a freak accident, but what stood out was how concerned the company was for our well-being. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of due to the inconvenience. With the outstanding quality of the product and the customer service, we don't regret doing business with Rainsoft. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking into a water filtration system.

Not a good business. Their equipment is "lifetime guaranteed", but they charge you almost $200 each time something happens with your water softener to come out and fix their equipment that FAILED. Also had an issue when we first had the softener installed with some bad plumbing and had a major water leak for a day and a half. $400 water bill! We just built a new house and had the water softener installed here...$600 later, Come to find out 4 months later that it hasn't been working this whole time when I went to add salt to it. Apparently on the receipt (that I never received) it says that we have 1 month to call them with any issues. Now I have to pay another $180 or whatever it is for them to come out and fix a "Motor or switch failure"? Now I'm stuck making $120 payments for 6 more years. One of the biggest financial mistakes I have ever made. Don't use this company!! I've had too many issues to type.

The lifetime warranty is a manufacturer's warranty that does cover the equipment for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The warranty does not include labor charges or consumables (filters, salt, carbon) Please call our office and ask for Kathy or Laura to discuss your service needs.

At first glance, rainsoft seems really awesome! But this is only at first glance. The sales guy comes out, shows you what the system is capable of doing. Then quotes you a price that is three times more expensive than the other guys. Tells you it seems expensive, but you will never have to replace a filter (lie number one), you only have to keep topping it up with salt. And you will have free service and moving so long as you own the system. He also tells you they will give you a 5 year supply of soap for a family of 4 (semi lie number two). He also gave us a ton of coupons that don't work and a "free" vacation package that requires a $200 non-refundable deposit and for you to mail your credit card number written down on a piece of paper. All of these offers together easily being worth the price of the system alone. Sounds like a great deal huh? After buying the system. None of the coupons work, we weren't going to mail our credit card number written down on a piece of paper. The soap they give you lasts 2 months and you can only order it every 9 months, we only had a family of 4. Two adults and two babies. So, as far as we're concerned they lied about all of the extras they give you. Now, we've been saddled with this system for 4 years and can't get rid of it. They called us telling us it's time to replace our filters. $120 for the filters under the sink, and $234.69 for the main filter, and the price for a service visit on top of that. Why am I replacing filters on a system that I will never have to replace filters on? Complete scam, the system costs 3 times as much as comparable systems. The filters also cost 3 times as much. Also if you move we were told it's free. BIG FAT LIE! They want $600 to move the system to our new house! On top of what I pay monthly. Also, when they financed the system, they report it to my credit as revolving credit. So I have a "credit card" reporting 80% usage on my credit, making it look bad. Only $16 goes to interest and at this rate we will never pay off this system. I have inquired numerous times about returning the system since we were lied to and have been told no. I'm stuck paying on a system that is a total sham. I would give anything to be able to just return it to them and have the remaining balance wiped. Because of their lies and constant want to charge for everything I will never get another system again and cannot wait to have this stupid thing paid off when I'm dead.
