I usually do not write bad reviews for the affect it will have on a company. However, I am at my last option here. I ordered replacement windows for my house about 5 years ago. The windows were great until about a year ago when I had one window that keeps "falling out". The window falls out randomly and they fixed it once, but the second time it fell out during a freeze. I told them this is an emergency as it is below 30 degrees outside and I do NOT have a window!!! They did not seem to care and scheduled my service 2 weeks out. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEIR WARRANTY IS HORRIBLE!! SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND TIME! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I hardly write a review. when something happened, I always try to be reasonable and dont give people hard time. but this time i am really ******. I was happy with window world at first beginning then when it went to the service it became a nightmare! Window World installed our windows back to 05/2022. after that we have few windows had minor issue. They ordered the parts and come back about 8-9weeks later, but ended up one of the window need new sash and my nightmare starts first of all, they wont call you to schedule the appointment, the just email you the day before, then they show up next day. There were two times they missed me, and left the windows outside of my house that I was gone for vacations. then when I called them to reschedule my appointment, i told them I would be available after 3:00. But every time they showed up wrong time. and after 3rd time finally the field guy told me that they cant do it at certain time, I have wait there all day! then there were 2 times that the window they ordered was damage. after we missed so many time and each time I put park my day off. I told them it has to be on Saturday. so they scheduled me on Saturday! then first time the guy showed up with out the sash, second time they didnt even show up! I was waiting there all day and my phone was near by. I got no calls or message from them. so the last time I supposed scheduled on 3/1, I put my all day off to wait for them. I got the call the day before said the sash is DAMAGED AGAIN. this time i tried to make a complaint to their customer service supervisor, guess what, that lady had very bad attitude! this is probably the 7-8 times for this service.

After doing extensive research on replacement windows, I decided to order 20 windows from Window World. I regret that decision! The price per window was appealing however after 6 years, the glass has been replaced on several windows due to gas leaks, water around the window seams are not sealed properly resulting in water penetrating at least 3 windows, poor customer service, replacement glass delivered broken and chipped, upon my inspection not the installers, poor craftsmanship, windows caulked improperly and using inferior materials such as caulk. In addition, after calling the company and speaking with the manager Mr. ***** it was impossible to have a conversation with him because he continued to speak over me! When I asked for the company owners name, at first he was very hesitant and after several requests he finally gave me his name, Mr. *******
Again, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
