I ordered tickets for sea life aquarium 2 tickets for 40 bucks to go with my daughter on her field trip on Dec 15th 2022. on Dec 13th they cancelled field trip because of tornado severely damaging mall where business was located two days prior. School was refunded money but I would like refund or vouchers for my 2 tickets I purchased online. because it was a natural disaster. I feel I should be refunded and there is no one responding to my emails or phone calls I have made to company.Initial Complaint

Sea Life claims to be open until 6 PM. I have left sea life at 6 so they are open. But they refuse to allow members to use their memberships because they really stop admitting people at 4. ****** even states they will be open until 6 so the company needs to tell ****** to state they close at 4 and not 6. Even if you are a member, you will not be allowed to use your membership to enter. And I bought the membership based on the premise that visiting before 6pm is reasonable- but before 4. Hardly anyone has time after work to get somewhere before 4pm. Others need to know that the attraction is not open to the public and the website needs to be updated. Gas is too high to drive so far to find out at 5pm that we are to late to enter. When the attraction is still open - they just wont let you in. The lights are on, but the doors are locked.
