1 star******** customer service. Ordered from them over 2 months ago and my package was delivered to the wrong address. Contacted customer service and they confirmed that I gave them the correct address. However according to ***** the address they were provided was not mine. 5 starsI had a few issues with my rock slider order, and I was honestly frustrated. However, the way ******* *** handled things completely turned it around for me. Their customer service team was incredibly responsive and genuinely concerned about resolving things. It's rare to find such attentive and proactive customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making sure I was satisfied. Excellent customer service and support for orders - I've done a ton of additions/mods and these guys have helped out quickly with manufacturer defects, shipping issues, etc. quickly. Off road parts are tricky as some brands wear out fast but these guys are the best!OffRoadUSA.com

I am very satisfied with OFF ROAD USA. The products are top-of-the-line, and I appreciate the military discount. When one of my products did not fit, they allowed me to cancel the order and apply my refund. Their prices are very competitive and they will work with you to get the price of your item within the ballpark that you are looking for. Their customer service is top notch and they communicate very quickly through email.
