I had my car towed to this facility in Feb 2023. They have been nothing but difficult and rude this entire time. They have not wanted to work with warranty company, making it very difficult. They do not contact the company like they are supposed to. We had to do all the work. Once issue was diagnosed they told us that they do not do engine repair. I told them fine but the extended warranty will pay for diagnostic fees this far. Another month went by I called Christian brothers back. They said again extended warranty is not paying for it but they did find a used engine and could repair, after they told us they didn't do that repair. Bottom line is that I do not trust this company to repair anything on my car. And since we had to be the ones to do all the work with extended warranty company. I don't feel that we should have to pay any further cost. My car has been there for 6 months this entire time I have been paying my car payments, insurance and extended warranty. I actually feel that maybe they owe us those fees for prolonging process. I have since had to buy a new car and now have that insurance and car payment on top of that. Also now have to start over with another car repair facility I trust.Business response

This has been resolved for the customer. The customer has picked up the vehicle with no charges.
