      Unauthorized payment was taken out of my account. I did authorize by phone $2000. And $4000. Payments to both **** of America credit card accounts for **** and master card. However, they took $2436.42 from my account as well that I did not authorize nor was this payment made by me online. However, they are not returning it and calling it a payment on my card I now have to pay. Finally they came to conclude they owe it back. However, they said I would receive in 25 days now they say 30. Please help and it affected my credit score this needs to be adjusted back since I pay my payments before due date to keep my credit score up. Thank you

      We have a Bank of the West credit card. We have accumulated $426. dollars in reward points and cannot use them. We have been trying to contact their customer service for three hours. They keep hanging up on us after waiting 20 minutes. we have called 3 Bank of the West phone numbers, 2 *** numbers as well as Master Card. Same run around at all three. Bank of the West kept transferring us and dropping us during the transfer. BMO bank which bought out Bank of the West credit cards months ago told us that they couldn't help us because the transition hadn't been fully completed and gave us a different phone number for Bank of the West which was handling the transition. That Number dropped me after I had entered all the information they requested. Master Card would only take a payment and then transferred us to an entirely different bank. No help there! THIS IS THE WORST RUN AROUND I HAVE EVER FACED. 3 HOURS OF MY DAY WASTED WITH NO RESOLUTION.

      On June 27th 2023 I was informed that despite me only making one payment of $500.00 to my credit card with bank of the west, two payments of $500.00 were made in error that I did not cause, leaving me with a balance due back to me of $120.74 . On June 27th I requested immediately for the bank to send me a check for the amount. They confirmed they sent the check. I waited until July 28th and I called them because I never received a check. I spoke to ******* a credit card supervisor over the phone. She was rude unprofessional and discourteous to me. She did confirm however that she performed a stop payment on the first check and sent out a new check and I reconfirmed they had the correct address. Taken aback by how awful ******* treated me and I had suspicions even though she said she sent a second check, after the way she treated me I didnt think she actually did, so I called the local bank of the west branch on **** w Sahara in ********* and I spoke to ****** about this and she called back the credit card department to confirm a second check was sent and she confirmed that it was . I called back on august 11 because I still have not gotten my check. I spoke to ****** another credit card supervisor and she confirmed it was sent and to wait another week. It is now august 21 and I havent gotten the check. I spoke to ***** the local branch manager and she told me she just spoke to the back Office and they said that the second check was never sent because I allegedly hung up which is clearly not true and I knew ******* did something because of how awful she treated me . However, I spoke to two different supervisors who confirmed the second check was sent . ***** told me I cant request a second check until after the 28th of august now because they are merging with ***. I have been lied to, mistreated, and given the run around for over 2 months now. I want my money back and I want these calls to be pulled. This is wrong and needs to be investigated.

      I refinanced an RV loan with them in March ************************************************************* title on this RV. I am paying on a vehicle I cannot use do to no registration. I have asked them not charge me on this loan until this is resolved. I have asked to speak to someone that can resolve this and I have been refused names, emails or numbers. I have told them if this is not resolved in the next 10 business days I will be returning RV. Nobody at company is willing to fix this

      I have sent several requests to remove inaccurate reporting on my credit report for account ******xx original amount $19000. This vehicle was returned under lemon law and the full loan remainder was paid. There are late payments that are inaccurately reported. This account was not paid late. This is negatively impacting my credit report. I would like all late payments removed and updated.
