I lost my game card with ***** tickets on it and they stolen 200 from me now I emailed them a week ago and they Never Replied me to me now and I failed a Police Report now #**-5932Business response

Hello,
When the game card is purchased, on the back of the card it states we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Attached is a picture of the Game Card Offered and the back of the card.Customer response

On August 7th I went to Round1 Arcade and put 100$ on my arcade card. I used the Wizard of Oz machine to win a full set of cards (used to get tickets for prizes). When I went to turn them in one was rejected. The manager was called and told me it was not an official Round1 Card (the ****** Card) and took it. I was told there was no compensation, even though I had gotten it from their machine.A lead, *******, went to the machine and pulled out more unofficial cards. I was not reimbursed and did not have the card returned.In speaking with the district manager, I was told I could come in with those cards to honor them, but it had been confiscated. After a month of back and forth I was again told to come in, but I am not in the same state.Business response

Hello,
I tried to work with her on a refund but we cannot refund without the credit card… she lives out of state and we couldn’t make a transaction without that card.Customer response

I received a response that this was closed and if I wanted it reopened to reply, but this is the only e-mail I'm finding and couldn't figure out how to reply in the system..
Round 1 did not attempt a refund in good faith, only over a month later claiming I have to come in multiple states away for the refund. as an international organization, they have the ability to mail a check. I would like this reopened - I didn't figure out how to respond to their last e-mail (which was also after it was considered no resolution/no response from them).
If I should file a complaint with their corporate office instead, I'm willing to do so.
