I purchased a vehicle 2001 ****** Tacoma from this business and well it didn't go very well. *** purchasing was fine, everyone nice, etc.. I was after purchasing and paying cash for the vehicle that I found myself at my local trusted mechanic shop which informed me that in truth the vehicle had more like 400K plus miles. *** window sticker and online it was listed at 182K miles. ******* I don't understand why big outfits like these are able to do this ? I mean true, didn't have the money to purchase something newer, but at the very least don't present a halfway printed carfax that omits the mileage being rolled back three times. This is deceptive and plain stealing from someone whom comes with best of intentions. I was robbed, seen coming in and that was that... sad times we live in. I WAS SOLD A 2001 ****** TACOMA THAT HAD MILEAGE TAMPERING, ROLLED BACK THREE TIMES. RECOMMENDATION: JUST DONT DO IT! Daughter purchased vehicle that we were told only needed the bumper repaired. Waited a week them saying they take credit union financing to going back and forth if they would. Finally worked that out and picked up the car on a Friday evening. The next morning, I noticed fluid leaking in our garage. Called ****** the salesperson and talked about it and the proof via photos of the leak as well as the fact that the "fixed" bumper was popping off. Was advised by him to bring it in. On the day we called to bring the vehicle in the lady says it's a charge. Why charge me for something that was preexisting because there is no way we did anything in 1 day to cause a leak. She spoke with ****** and called me back saying he would call us. Days later no call. I called back to speak to manager in service, no luck. After 2 calls got a manager in sales named Camron. He explains that it must be a manufacturing issue and I need to call them for warranty before it runs out. Then he says the extended warranty purchased may cover the fluid leak. In regard to the bumper, they supposedly fixed he says he will call back. Days later no call. I also noticed that they include an additional coverage called *********** for interior and looks like paint that Camron says is mandatory $800. I mentioned they didn't do good on interior, and he then says oh well if it was there already it's not covered. Now my daughter is skeptical and doesn't want to take the car in to use the service department or the extended warranty. This is costing us way more time than it should. Please do your research. We went with them because they were listed as a preferred dealer with the credit union. We have advised the credit union to consider removing them to help future buyers.Grapevine Honda Response

I bought a ****** Rouge at this dealership 2/3/24 by a sales person by the name **** -- The initial deal was horrible as they are very dishonest about hidden fees. They were so pushy. The manager came by & offered a $200 discount on these items but I couldn't get away from not paying for that. Because I was desperate for a car and bc i'm in grad school I needed transportation to get around so I decided to move forward & also purchase an extended warranty just in case. After about a week of having the car I noticed a sound under the wheel & (sounded like something was loose or something) so I went back to get it looked at, the service staff took my car back and reassured me nothing was wrong with it & that sometimes it can make a noise?? Days later I get a flat tire out of no where. Fast forward to today March of 2024-- I notice not only the noise under the wheel, my brakes were very squeaky & the a/c was loud & shaky like. I made an appointment to get my car looked at over spring break and they tell me to make an appointment for 3/18 as they were full. Yesterday as I arrive for my appointment a lady approaches me and tells me since my car is a ****** I'll need to go to a ****** service center so they can help me instead since they only work on Honda's...I proceed and go to ********************************* in *********. My complaints about the a/c and wheel noise was put on hold due to them needing to go inside my car they stated I needed to leave my car behind for a few days however they could look at my brakes and see what's going on. After hours of waiting they come back to tell me i need to replace both front lower control arms, replace rear shock absorbers & remove/replace both front sway bar links (the noise i've been hearing!) I was lied to & was given a car with major issues. Driving this car could result in me losing control of the wheel and the car as a whole. I WAS SOLD A CAR THAT IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE!! AGREE WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a new Honda CRV for my son on 2/12/24. The sales associate was excellent. Unfortunately the business office was grossly negligent, if not incompetent. I paid cash for the vehicle, wrote a check, and agreed to an EFT from my bank (BOA) for the $39,000 price. They not only submitted the **** but also submitted the check. $78,000 was deducted from my checking account, resulting in an overdraft situation. I immediately notified the business office and my bank. I had to waste 6 hours on Valentine's *** and my granddaughter's birthday rectifying this "accident" (as it was described by the business office manager, *********************************, who I thought was very rude on the phone.). I would never return to this dealership for anything. Also note it is rated "F" by the Better Business Bureau. You should read all the 1-star reviews on ******* Had I done this first, I wouldn't have even visited Grapevine Honda. Update 3:This is after 6 months. After so many to and from calls/messages, ***** asked me to come to dealership so that they can buy back the car. After going there which is like an hour from my place and completing all the paper work, he comes and informs me saying they received the title from the previous trade-in owners on Friday and says that he will get me the title in 2 weeks and also said he will give me a new tag WHICH HE DID NOT and also he said he will have the car inspected and provide inspections stickers WHICH HE DID NOT.I am going ahead and raising a COMPLAINT with TEXAS ATTORNEY OFFICE. These guys always lie with everything and I will not trust them any more.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND. THEY NEVER RESPOND. WASTE OF KEEP FOLLOWING UP.IF I DO NOT GET BY THE **** MY TESLA DELIVERY DAY, I AM GONNA *** THESE GUYS FOR ALL THE STRESS AND MISLEADING THESE GUYS DID.Old Story:Been 3 months since I took the car from the dealership. I did not get the registration or plates from them yet. Kept on following, only to get a response that we are still waiting for the paper work. I have bought another car and now I will be trading this and I WANT MY REGISTRATION BEFORE I TRADE-IN my current HONDA Editing:Update 1:No response yet. Absolutely worst service to say.Not even sure what are my options here. THEY SOLD ME AN EMISSIONS ILLEGAL VEHICLE AND TAMPERED WITH THE EMISSIONS SYSTEM.I purchased a vehicle last month that stated on the carfax it didnt pass state inspection, the sales associate *********************** could not tell me why it didnt pass because the test was done in another city but assured me they fixed whatever it was because it passed their state inspection.After I signed all of the paperwork and bought the car, **** then told me the previous owner had a catless exhaust system on it but told me that they put a catalytic converter back on. The check engine light and a few others came on before I even left the lot, so I took it back to their service **** where the service manager very rudely assured me nothing was actually wrong with the engine and couldnt even tell me what codes it was throwing. I was able to get into a shop about a week later where they found that an outdated catalytic converter was welded into the middle of the j pipe-BEHIND the 02 sensor, several feet away from where it actually needed to be placed, so now I have to pay to replace the entire OEM J Pipe and catalytic converter-which is at least $3k. It has taken a week for the shop to order the parts/get me in to fix it, so I have not even been able to drive this car.I have called, texted, and emailed the service **** and the several people in the sales ****. I am either not responded to or forwarded to voicemail. There is no way this vehicle should have passed inspection given that it was tampered with and is literally emissions illegal-so you can add a fraudulent state inspection to the list of offenses, too.It is really in their best interest to make this right given they have broken laws, but since they arent responding to me, I will have to take legal action. I will also be reporting this to the **** EPA, and DPS.Do not go to this dealership if you actually want to be able to drive the car you purchased. No one in this place has a shred of integrity. It all started with me noticing the check engine light illuminated on test drive so I asked them if they could have there mechanic check it and tell me what was wrong. So they promptly took it to the back and re-set the computer so they could sell me a vehicle that they knew had an issue. Then they lied to my face and said it was do to a loose gas cap - which I found out the next morning when the light came back on was actually 3 fault codes all for low engine oil pressure. They gave me a we owe paper for 2 sets of keys as part of agreement to buy it and then they tryed to give me a blank digital copy in my paperwork. Now my wife's van which was supposed to be fixed in a week has been at there garage for 15 out of the 19 days that she has "owned " it and there is no return date in site cause all you get if you call is the run around and don't bother leaving a message cause they will never return your call. Absolutely no accountability in this place at all. I almost bought a van at the Honda dealer in ****** **. a week prior but was told that they couldn't sell that van because it also had a check engine light on and it would not pass state inspection in it's current condition so legally and ethically they wouldn't sell it to us. The WORST dealership EVER. I got my Honda CRV 2021 back in October, and we were ripped off from the get go with a car that was listed as "new", though it already had 63 miles on the odometer.It gets much worse. I took it in today to get help with scratches on ******************* dash that they just don't want to help with, although we were already overcharged for essentially a demo car to begin with. ******************* already looked worse when they "attempted" to repair it, and was told with a straight face that it will be "$300 for parts and labor", when I just need scratched fixed. What a complete waste of time and money dealing with these people who ripped me off. Never again!!!Grapevine Honda Response

****************, I am a little confused how a vehicle with 63 miles would be considered a demo. New cars are offered for test drives and can sometimes accumulate a few miles. It looks like we tried to help with the scratches ********* month old car. Honda does not warranty scratches, but as stated we tried to help anyway.
