      Me and my family went to Grubbs Volvo to purchase a 2022 Cx40 Recharge. We have a ****** membership and with that, we have an applicable rebate. Grubbs informed us the rebate was $1000. We agreed on a price where, after some back and fourth, it was agreed on a $1000 less on one of the internal Grubbs fees plus the $1000 rebate. We went to process the finance and the rebate. Grubbs said they would print the rebate and apply it. There was an issue with pulling up the rebate with my credentials. Because of this, I called ****** directly so that they could find my account and provide the rebate. The found my account and informed me the rebate is actually $2,000. We approached Grubbs and Grubbs lied and said we already had the $2k rebate (to this point they were only aware or pretending to be aware of $1,000k rebate) The total reduction of the price should of been $3k with Grubbs lowering the price $1k plus our $2k rebate. Instead Grubbs held $1,000 of our rebate. After my call with ******, where I found out my rebate was $2k instead, we communicated this and expected our price to reduce by the $1k it had not been acknowledged and or applied. To our surprise, Grubbs refused to apply the rest of our rebate that is rightfully ours.

      Purchased a used vehicle in late November 2023 in cash. I have yet to receive any paperwork of ownership (title, registration, etc). First off, their website mentions Transparency (We believe in transparency and honesty) - when the vehicle was purchased, the salesman wanted to add additional fees for commissions-sake. Secondly, when the temporary tag had originally expired in January, I tried contacting Grubbs Volvo many times and left several messages unfortunately none were responded. I finally decided to make the trek back to Grubbs Volvo to see about my official tags, documents, registration, etc. Upon entering, there was no one there to greet me and it took a while before I decided to stick my face into the managers office to discuss my situation. He provided another temporary tag (which now expired 4/7/24) and mentioned that the *** is taking forever. Now here we are in July and I still havent received a call about my tags and doc nor received anything in mail. I have friends that have recently purchased vehicles (from other dealerships) and they have received their license plates, all while Im still waiting on mine from a purchase last year. It has been 7 months now, if nothing is resolved within 48 hours, I am requesting a refund and I will return the vehicle. I do not want to continue to do business nor promote a business which I feel are unethical.

      I put down a refundable deposit on a Polestar 2 on September 11, 2023. I subsequently canceled the order on September 26th. I have called weekly over the last two months to get my deposit back to no avail. Management has told me numerous times that the credit will show up in my account within ***** but it has not. It should not take two months for Polestar to issue a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Grubbs never issued a refund. I called the dealership every week for two months asking to speak with a manager and was told they will call you when they become available I never received a call back. I finally gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card company, who provided me with a refund. To this date, I have never received a call from a manager at Grubbs apologizing for the delay in issuing a refund.

      I submitted paperwork to have the extended warranty on my car that I purchased through Grubbs Volvo of Grapevine on Monday, July 10. I have called the dealership multiple times since then to get an update on the refund, but I have not been given any. I was told the maximum amount of time it would take was 6 weeks. It has now been over 3 months. My last call was yesterday, where I spoke to someone in the finance department who gave me an email address that didn't work and a phone number that goes straight to voice mail (and again, no one has responded after multiple attempts). What I have been given is a lecture every time I talk to the finance guy about how terrible I am for canceling this extended warranty. What I want is my refund to be processed ASAP. I don't want a check in the mail, I want one that I can pick ** in person or a direct deposit to my bank account.

      I had purchased the extended warranty and wheels and tires warranty on my new C40 in june 2023. Afew days later I changed my mind and wanted to cancel, i was told i have to wait till the first statement is issued and then I was request the refund. I received the statement in july and called the finance **** to request the forms to cancel. I never got it. called again no one answered. over the course of a week I called and no on could help till the receptionist got me the form i needed and emailed it to me. I have been waiting for 3 months for my money and yet this company doesnt seem to care. Cant get a phone call or email back from anyone. I just want my money back

      I purchased a car(2021 ***** CR-V Touring black model) from Grubbs Volvo at ********* on 1st Aug 2023 for approx. $30000. At the time of purchase, I was lucratively pushed to buy Extended warranty with another protection plan. At the time of signing the papers, it clearlymentioned that both the coverages would amount to $555.75 over the duration of my financed loan(60 months). There was another paper at the end which showed a much higher number than the one promised($35000). When asked about it to the Finance Manager(******), I was told it is the total payable amount at the end of the 60 month period. I was rushed into signing all the papers and being the sole person going through thepaperwork, I did not read the paper through. After some days, when the loan papers came with a principal amount of $35000 , I realized my mistake and called the dealership's customer care. I was connected to the finance manager who asked me to send an email to them about the cancellation. I sent the email to the finance manager with the flat cancellation policy request and cc'ed Grubbs Volvo(***********************************) but never heard back from them. I reached out to my dealer ****** and was promised that the coverages will be cancelled in 6-8 weeks via message. The time has already passed but I have not heard back from anyone or gotten a refund. Now when I am contacting the dealership, I am being told that one policy will be cancelled and the other cannot. Also, the finance manager has left the company. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I would like to urge you for the resolution and refund of my money amounting to around $5963 from the dealership as soon as possible. I am already paying extra interest on the aforementioned amount to the bank. I have attached a copy of the email sent to the finance manager and the messaging conversation with the dealer. Please find attached for reference.Please let me know if you need additional information for the same.Thank you.

      I have given service to Grubbs Volvo of Grapvine for a noise occuring at **** miles per hour. They have been servicing my car for almost a year replacing different parts. they have replace Multiple parts to resolve the noise coming from the car. As of Last week they have called and asked me to take car else where with out a proper Justification. I have asked to provide a written explanation which they denied provide it and ask me to take the car. during this 9 plus months of the car sitting at the dealership and repairs now caused the issue happening on higher speeds causing more noise than initial dropped the car for service.they have now spoiled the cloth above sun roof which i have pics attaching as they are replacing the sun roof.

      it was never safety concerns even on the day I dropped the car on day 1 of the issue.  They accepted and charged hefty amounts and the installation saying they will resolve the issue but they did never resolved but claimed to resolve each time. Even some of the parts they replaced had issues visibly and required additional replacements for which I had to pay the deductibles again as the car came out the shop. This was not just once but multiple times as a process. 

      had they said this not a safety concern on day one with a false promise to fix it or if they did not confirm they can fix I would not have been much bothered. But since they charged me multiple deductibles and charged my insurance hefty amounts coming down with a response that this is not a safety issue makes no sense.
