I was dismissed by the Dr during the appointment indicating that I didn't believe in traditional medicine. After minutes she dismissed me and overcharged me for not completing the work.Initial Complaint

I saw **************** in June 2022. I paid all of my bills in full at the time. 18 months later -- 12/1/23 -- I received a bill address to my misspelled name from an unknown lab -- BDL -- stating I owe $123.99. I called BDL and they stated they overcharged the insurance company and ***** paid the full amount charged and a year later returned to recoup their money and now BDL is trying to charge me the difference a year and a half later. I explained that their pricing and charges with insurance is between them and Cigna. I asked what the cost would be and approved and paid what I was informed in 2022. I did not authorize additional costs or any difference that the insurance and laboratory could not agree upon. I stated that I paid all of my bills and am not even with ***** anymore to be able to contact them.Their charges were neither transparent, timely nor authorized and therefore BDL needs to either follow up with ***** or write off the difference. Not pass it on to the consumer.
