I booked a room for one night at $118.74, got to my hotel and was asked for my AAA ID or CAA ID. I don't have these IDs, the hotel Politely said we can't proceed without this number and you will be charged **************** rates if you don't have this.This is basically all they could do so i said i am not paying that much extra for this room and they told me if i leave i will be charged so i left and was charged $118.74.I have e mailed Super.com and the hotel and have YET to get an explanation on how and why i had to provide these docs when i was never asked on Super.com to provide for booking and yet to get this issue resolved!Someone in this company needs to do something and resolve this, its only good business practices to do this.I am not letting this hotel steal my money for someone else's mistake!!!Initial Complaint

In early July I booked a room with comfort Inn -Grapevine through Booknet. Due to my wife being diabetic and having kidney failure she requires a ****** and handicapp accomadations, I made this know during booking and was given a confirmation as to the such. Money was withdrawn from my account. On sep 2 I called the comfort inn in Grapevine to confirm the reservation and accomadations, all was well. When we arrived on sep 5 we found our room was given to someone else and offered a standard room. We could not accept due to wife's handicapp. The facility said we will refund within 3-5 business days. We had to look for another accomadation and pay for such at our own expense. After several phone calls to coperate I'm told a refund for $85 would come in 5 days. I paid $99.80 why the difference? Why was our room given to someone else? What about the expense I had getting another room elsewhere? The workers at this comfort Inn were rude and uncarring.
