I used their service and it was horrible experience. Overcharging and not moving all my items. I had to finish the job by myself and I am not in good health. Also damaged some of my furniture they have not responded to my text or returned my calls. I dont recommend for any job.

Owner is very rude, never apologized for being an absolute Jerk. They don't care about other people, property, or neighbors. I would NEVER endorse these guys to even move a dead plant.

They didn't finish moving all the household items like they agreed to do leaving my husband who has an injured back to move the rest of the household items, which caused him great pain. ****** was the Team Lead and was an absolute JERK. He verbally assaulted me and threatened to dump all my stuff in the yard because he didn't want to move anymore of our items. I was completely terrified by his aggressiveness and little lunges at me when he was yelling at me outside in the dark but fortunately our security cameras were still working and on recording. When ****** broke a Podium in my house he fake acted "oh sorry" but I kindly said accidents happen. He lied to his boss ***** early on about how the job was going so ***** started talking to us on the phone sarcastically and blaming us for the bad move, we told him we didn't know what he was talking about, but later when ******** behavior worsened we realized what he was doing, playing the victim while he was s******* us and overcharging us and quitting the job and breaking our possessions. One of the other biggest disappointments is when I arrived at the new location and found out that ****** had broken our very valuable mirror that we've had for 45 years and he didn't even bother to tell us, which we believe he did that on purpose because he was ****** off. ****** has NO business in this job, he is a sitting timebomb, and in the wrong situation he could hurt the person who hired him because he wants to leave and not do anymore work. Hawk Movers totally disrespected our business and we are VERY dissatisfied!! So our advice is Never Never Never and I really truly mean NEVER EVER hire Hawk Movers!!!!!!!!!!!!! We hired them to move an entire 2 story **** sq.ft. house with 2 of there 36 ft trailers at $260/p.h., and they said that after the walk through that they'd take it all. WELL hold on, nope they didn't. So after the first trip of both trucks we agreed to make one more trip back to get the rest for half the household pieces that they left from the first load. The 2nd truck keeps unloading while ***** stays, and we go back to the house for the "final load". After ****** worked an hour and it dark as night outside, he told me to look in his trailer how full it was. So with his tiny flashlight I could see there was plenty of room if he had organized better, he tells me he isn't taking anymore!!! Then I was there all alone and very upset with this strange man who's an aggressive loud mouth Mover telling it won't fit and he gets ***** back on the phone they say it won't fit. I'm thinking this is ridiculous. So you can imagine I am then very upset and worried how to get the rest of my items moved, especially since he already been paid $2,000! So the one very big treasure we have and have had for 45 years is a super large 100+ lb ornate mirror that has been through many many moves without a scratch. After we argue of taking it he tells me he's going to strap it to the wall of his trailer. I was horrified, but had NO CHOICE!! I explained again how important it is too me and to be careful!! They get to the new location with the last load before me and my husband is waiting. The jerk takes the mirror to a back room WITHOUT A WORD and leaves it with the corner of the gold scroll decor broken off!! So that JERKOFF ****** making threatening gestures to me a girl, acting aggressive, then telling me I had been rude all day but playing the victim while verbally attacking me, plus poorly organizing the items, plus breaking a column podium and no telling what else, plus threatening me that he'd dump all my stuff in the yard, plus etc........BS.....YEP I was so very upset. So after we then paid him an additional $584 for a total of $2,584 he went on his dam merry way. However, after that we have to go move ALL ALL ALL the rest of the mirrors, plants, and other household items they refused to move (really breeching our agreement). Like I said NEVER EVER hire Hawk Movers!!!!!!! Best advice, just don't do it you too will get ripped off and you'll totally regret it too and you'll receive damaged to your precious valuables too just like all the others who reported their reviews too and as well as the ones haven't spoken up "yet"!!
