      I just had my daughters car fixed there - first off the quote was $800. Then 6 months later its 2K. Now have to involve insurance - this is minor damage to a front bumper and fog light mind you. So then we get it down to $1300 with 1K deductible - somehow they find wiring that needs replacement which makes no sense to me for another $600 basically to shister their way back to the 2K and insurance pays above the deductible. So shady. THEN they was 3% on my credit card (I am out of town) to process the 1K payment for the 1K deductible. Stay clear of these people - they said thats a new policy to charge 3% which is just the normal credit card fee all businesses pay - why would you do that for auto repairs? I will promise I will never buy a car from them or use them again ever. I am mad I ever did buy a car from them in the past.

      Lease-Buyer Beware! Our experience with Classic has had two sides to it... we 3-year leased a 2021 Tahoe and had a good experience throughout. We maintained the vehicle well, were well below our miles, and decided to do a lease purchase rather than lease again. And this is where all of the stereotypical car dealer manners and sleazy tactics came into play. After receiving our end of lease paperwork from GM Financial, we decided to buyout our lease. I called GM Financial twice to see what our options were, both times it was mentioned that we could use GM or another lender of our choice. Since GM rates were in the 8%+ range, we went with another in the low 6% range. However, when we called the head leasing agent, ****, at Classic Chev, all 3 times he claimed that it was NOT possible to go through a lender other than GM. Intentional lie. Not ever doing business with Classic again.

      I was mislead in the process of purchasing a 2023 ***** Trailblazer RS with AWD. Priced was negotiated in writing on 11/20/23 (MSRP $27,535) and I placed a $500 deposit to secure the vehicle upon its arrival. I was told that it was in transit and was scheduled to arrive at the dealer in 12/15/23. The car was delayed but that was not my compliant. I discovered the vehicle per the *** number was not an AWD model. When I asked *********** (*******************) and his manager (***********************) to confirm they told me that they were almost 100% that the vehicle was an AWD but they would not know for sure until the car arrived. The biggest kick in the gut was when I asked about pricing again, they stated that they did not have the invoice on the car yet and could not guarantee the pricing I received on 11/20/23 MSRP ($27535). They apologized for the website having the car labeled as an AWD and they they could not honor the pricing given to me.Neither salesman or his manager seemed really willing to go above and beyond to help. Apparently business must be booming and they dont care about each customer. My warning for any customer thinking about purchasing a vehicle at Classic Chevrolet is to look elsewhere. No honor or willing to correct mistakes or at least offer some other compromise.

      Their way of business with customer is more than freaky and tricky.I stopped by this dealer to plan to order Corvette ZO6 then salesman said I have to do unfair donation, $ ****** to buy the Corvette ZO6 what I want otherwise I cant buy the car. I believe It doesnt make a sense to any buyer.I want BBB to contact this dealer then ask them to correct this issue ASAP.And I dont want to give any star.Because it was more than terrible dealer ever.

      NO STARS!!!!!! I had a scheduled appointment there and was looking forward to receiving fantastic service for an oil change and new tire. Despite spending two hours there, I left with my oil light on and no new tire. Nonetheless, the price of the tire they would order was indicated including delivery, labor, and installation fees etc. I got in my car, and when I start it, it rides like if they caused a problem rather than going anywhere. There are no stars for this place, but a moon will suffice.

      I have bought several cars from classic Chevrolet and I always buy the extended warranties . Every time and this now the 3 rd I trade in the vehicle I have to wait months to get a refund on the unused portion of the warranty they say 90 days to give them time to process. Check mail and nothing call them and you directly to voice mail with no return phone call . The last one I had to drive 2 hours to grapevine to pick up the check I just want to get my refund with out a hassle . So they understand. This looses customers. My purchase will be moved if the service continues to decline .

      The finance manager ***************** at classic Chevrolet has refused my many requests for a receipt with my payments applied to the purchase of my vehicle. I did not finance and paid multiple forms of payment and have yet to get a receipt. It took over two months to get ANY of my financial documents. After many back and forth conversations requesting these documents **** has implied that he is unaware and unable to provide these documents and insists theyre unnecessary for me to have. I am unable to claim my tax credit without PROOF I paid for this vehicle. I have no other option but to continue to reach out to the dealership, Chevrolet Corporate, and BBB. Hopefully I can get my financial documents soon as they were very quick to take my CASH!

      We purchased $3,000 in additional coverages with finance when we purchased our vehicle. Only to find out 2 years later when filing a claim that they never bought the policies. We feel stolen from. One of the policy covered windshield chips. I've been trying for 6 months to get it fixed and no one wants to help. We deserve a refund or help. We feel stolen from.

      Sold me a 2019 ***** silverado ***** Edition lemon. I would like to be reimbursed or for them to make it right. I had to get it towed from my job the first month I purchased it.

      *** the Service Mgr took care of all my issues and the guy whose name I cant pronounce but he knows who he is!! Lol. He took great care of me as well!! Ill be going there from now on for all my AT4 repairs and Maintenance!! Nope I wasnt paid to say this! Lol! They were Awesome!!!
