    Contracted Classic Tile to repair ice storm damage to pool. Their contract said $10,135. They ended up charging $10,675. Have no idea why they charged more.Oct 17, 2021 e-mail, I said Pebble Tec was rough. ******* Manager replied "being new there may be rough edges left behind. We have polishing pads to remove those." Pebble Tec rep * ******* Manager came out on Nov 2. Manager said it was rough * would send ****** to fix. 3 weeks later still nothing from them. Sent another e-************ response was his dry suit had seals that needed repair. I sent more e-mails didn't receive any more responses from Manager.Sent another e-mail Jun 30, 2022 that it had been EIGHT **************** had been done. Jul 17, sent another e-mail that I still had not received a response from Manager and I would contact BBB. Their non-responsiveness and unprofessionalism in correcting problems over a period of 9 MONTHS has forced me to take action. Their e-mail response, at 3:00 PM July 27 that they were going to be there at 8:00 AM July 28, So, I am to be at their **** and call after 9 MONTHS. They knew the issues * could repair them without me repeating myself again and again on what they had to do. Both gates unlocked.Another issue, listed on the Oct 21 e-mail, I stated that their tech put wheeled cleaner in pool on Oct 4 * pool was finished Sept 17. This was well before ***************** Pebble Tec instructions page 4, under Important Notes. His response was "Our tech would have not done anything to compromise your finish, Rule is plaster/quartz/Pebble Fina." That is not what Pebble Tec instructions state. It is for Pebbeltec/Sheen/Fina/Brillance. They violated Pebbletec instructions/voided warranty. My pool is PebbleSheen.Their admin left me a VM, at 8:15 AM July 28 that I needed to go there and tell them what to do. It had been covered what they needed to do in the numerous e-mails and visits. They well knew what to do to fix due to these interactions with Classic/******* Manager.

    Definitely not reputable anymore! Used these guys in 2009 and was very satisfied. Now trying to get them to fix a shoddy job done over the past few months. Poor plaster finish, stains throughout, plaster smears on new spa brick work, broken pool lamp. And unresponsive customer service. During the project, their person ***** failed to show any customer sense with emails that were pretty coarse. Since then, they have been putting me off. Dont use. My mistake.
