      4/10/23 I am reporting this business because I have been treated unfairly. I bought a Groupon for massage, and was excited to receive a deep tissue since this place had great reviews. I was involved in a car accident Saturday and knew I had to turn in my vehicle Monday which was my massage appointment. Since my accident was Saturday my mind was occupied with Easter weekend, and plus most businesses would be closed so the last thing Im thinking about is a massage appointment. My calendar reminded me Monday morning for which I called multiple times before my appointment and left a voicemail. I was still charged the full amount as a no show. On their website it states same day cancellations will be charged 50%. The receptionist, ******, went on how they are a small business and need their electricity to be paid and made it quite clear they had to still pay their masseuse and have lost money because of my last minute cancellation. After an argument she said shell reimburse me 50%. 4/13/23 I called again asking why I havent been reimbursed of my 50% and ****** says to delete the review if I want my money back or else the accountant can take as long as she wants. I explained to her Ive been in and out of the doctors this week and im in no position for an attitude because Im in constant pain. ****** kept repeating over and over to delete my review. I was still calm when I tried to explain again how I need my money back and then she hangs up on me. I updated my ****** bad review. Please help, im actually kind of scared because the business has my personal information. It was required to make the appointment even though I have deleted the account on their website, Im sure they still are able to track my personal information.

      This statement is completely fabricated. I am ****** the owner and have not spoken with this person. She called one time and spoke with ****** our receptionist who kindly explained our cancellation policy. Minutes prior to her appointment she called to cancel. I verified no messages were left nor other calls received from her number. 

      Her therapist did charge the full amount and we have refunded 50% of that, in  accordance to our cancellation policy. We are a reputable spa providing excellent services to our guests. We have never had a complaint. This client is being very deceptive and dishonest. We would never speak nor say the things this client is saying. It is very unfortunate and she is no longer allowed in our business as well.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have my phone call history to confirm I called multiple times prior to my appointment and left a voicemail for which the receptionist confirmed received, but told me it wasnt within a timely matter even though it was before my appointment. The business originally refused to honor their website policies therefore Im requesting a full refund of my money. I firmly believe they were morally wrong, and I have no reason to lie about being mistreated. Theres bad reviews on ****** regarding similar issues with purchasing the Groupon for this business. Im not the only one whos been done wrong, Im just the only one whos reported their business for wrong doing. I stand with what I said and hope they learn not to treat ppl like this again. I do not see anything pending on my bank account either.

      She has received a refund for 50% of our fee  and 100% refund from Groupon. This matter should be considered resolved. Everywhere you go there are cancellations policies.

      I am rejecting this response because: Please provide confirmation of a refund transaction of any kind to my bank account? I have yet to receive anything back from this business. Ive attached the phone calls history. You will noticed I called multiple times prior my 10am appointment and multiple times afterwards. All at the same day of my appointment of the 10th of April. The business does not answer phone calls on the first ring. I was told on the phone by their receptionist, that I will not receive any refund back until I delete my ****** review. I can see now they still stand by that. I would like to be given the ************* of my supposed refund. I am still requesting $109 consideration of this unfortunate, disappointing experience.
