We received an online form from you on Tuesday March 5th, at 2:45pm, we responded immediately at 3:08pm to schedule your appointment via email. We scheduled you for Thursday, March 7th between 9-11am. We did not receive a response from you however since you had requested an appointment via our email system, we responded likewise, we unfortunately cannot know which communication preference is best for any one customer. We also communicated that the *** arborist would be notify you ***** minutes in *********************** did arrive as scheduled and while we understand you did not want to be in the rain, we offered to complete the consultation and email you our findings. Given we serve many customers in a day, we did not want you to feel we did not complete the consultation as scheduled, so that was our plan to complete your estimate. I am sorry it did not meet your immediate expectations to reschedule the appointment prior to our arborists arrival. We have over 500 5-star reviews on ****** with many happy customers and over 60% of our business is repeat. We didn't try to reschedule because you clearly did not want us to try to revisit at a later time.
