Don't ever work for the **** claims billing ***** Their is a manager their that is verbally and mentally abusive to the employees in that building. Employees go home upset and crying from the way L treats them. This is why there are so many issues in the world today with Mental Health. People like that causes problems and makes for a bad turn over rate. Please stay clear of this **** and person. The hospital needs to remove her before more damage is caused to hard working employees that do not deserve to be picked on non stop. Shame on the Hospital for allowing such things to happen. You wouldn't want to be treated that way. There is no room for a Narcissist to be in that line of work!Review from Craig H

I went there for a nose bleed and they struggled with stopping it. I started getting dizzy so the gave a IV which they jacked up in put in my artery which then caused my heart rate to drop and me passing out. They tried to hide and wouldnt answer my questions what happened I knew what happened but they would tell me. Got the medical records and they wouldnt say they did it but it was possible. Its super easy to tell if you did. They wont own up to it. I filed a complaint which they said they would look into it. I now have chest pain and arm issues, but cant seem to get help!

While we cannot discuss the specifics of any healthcare, the hospital is aware of the situation and has communicated with the patient on multiple occasions and provided him a copy of his medical records. The patient has also had conversations with the doctor, nurse, and other hospital employees about his care. He indicated that he thought the records were inaccurate and was instructed to send in any proposed suggested changes/ revisions to be reviewed by the care providers to evaluate whether to include as a proposed late entry. The patient has provided no proposed revisions.Review from Amos M

ER was Rude, abusive, negligence . Was there for over 7 hours and never seen. Left then went to another ER and was admitted to ICU several blood clots in lungs and leg!!Review from Destiny H

The 734 East Quinlan location has been the worst Dr office visit I have ever had to deal with. The employees are extremely rude and they try to over charge me everytime I go. The last time I set an appointment I was not able to make it on time so I called ahead of time. They intentionaly kept me on hold until past my appointment time and told me I was to late and that I would be charged a no show fee and then as I was trying to explain they hung up on me.Review from Jason P

The ************** Hunt Regional Dr Office was the worst office I've ever had to deal with. They kept me on hold past my appointment time and then tried to charge me as being a no show. The front receptionist is very rude and even hung up on me. This the 3rd appointment attempt to which have all ended up this way with no visit and me missing time off work. I would personally suggest to anyone else that they find a different Dr office if at all possible.
