      Bought a 2021 Kona, they kept it a few days to inspect & repair a scratch & back handle. A couple of days after we got the car, noticed the horn didn't work & let them know. Took it back to them, they stated the previous owner didn't have factory horn so it would not be covered under warranty, they would have to rewire and it would cost $600. We asked how it passed inspection without a working horn, the said it did work when inspected. I don't feel the inspection was done properly and the horn didn't work. Also, the scratch and back handle were never fixed. This dealership deserves 0 stars!

      This place dont deserve one star.Worst place to buy a car! They are smooth talkers esp **** when in reality he knows hes f****** people how he sleeps well at night I have no clue.You go look at a car and the price jumps up before you walk in door!Bought a used **** fusion worst mistake Ive made its done been in the shop and had to have the upper right control arm replaced. @ 33k miles while in the **** shop still under factory warranty they tell me the battery terminal wasnt the one that belonged on the car which is what was making my car die. Just simple things a dealership should check out * got pulled over because my tags were for a 2023 Hyundai sonata had to prove I actually just got car from the dealership *** just stupid and careless First time removing my back floor **** I notice bleach stained carpet that was hidden from me.Now Ive canceled a warranty and they refuse to give me my money they owe me!!!!!! So to save yourself a headache go to a different car lot cause these people are crooks!If you have had problems like mine call corporate!(Also)Ill attach some photos of what my car looked like after I got it Trunk was disgusting!!!! I mean who thinks to look under a trunk **** to check for this or under a rug to look for a bleach stain ?!?

      I purchased a 2014 **** Escape on 12/2/22. Two days after, the tire sensor came on the panel and then the vehicle began making put-put noises. I took the vehicle back to the dealership and they kept it for a few days and then more problems arose with the ****. The 1st was going to cost me $1,243 and then there was a coolant issue as well that totaled $576.07 plus a silicone head sensor $179.94. Then after all that was paid for, I had to add antifreeze every few days, so it will not make the put-put noises. Then the check engine light came on 12/29/22. Then they recommended I bring it back, yet again, and they could diagnose it. Greenville Hyundai said if they find something else I would incur a charge. I am so disappointed with the practices from this dealership. I am a 1st time buyer and I feel as though they took advantage of my naivety as I had never gotten a car from a dealership. I understand it was an AS IS sale but I am in the same situation I was in before I purchased this LEMON, without a car.

      Today, 06/10/22, I went to Greenville Hyundai to buy a 2022 Sonata SEL Plus, which was advertised on their website for $32,995.
      *************************************************************** *********************************************

      The sticker price on the window of the vehicle reflected the same price as was stated online.

      However, when I was presented with their quote, there was a "new car fee" of over $8000. I left after having a discussion about false advertising.

      If you are selling a vehicle for $42,000, just say so! So disappointed - it's an integrity issue!!
