      Terrible experience. Online prices are a lie just to lure you in. The prices include every possible rebate, but they can't honor all of them because they are mutually exclusive. This red flag should have been enough for me to walk. The big dealer discount gets countered by a huge add-ons ($3,000+) most of which are useless or overpriced. It was like pulling teeth to even get them to put anything in writing for me to see.Had one salesman ghost me and another make me wait 20 minutes to test drive for a scheduled appointment after I showed up 10 minutes early. I left before she came back with the keys. It was too bad. She was a sweet lady. Go somewhere else.

      Unfortunately, on June 8th, 2024, we were involved in a car accident that resulted in my vehicle being totaled. After extensive research I had found a vehicle that interested me priced at $29K without taxes and fees. Everything was fine until the salesmen hit me with a price of $35K OTD with a $4K protection of 6 months. When I asked that they remove the package they refused they said I had to buy it I refused. The salesmen kept getting aggressive and disrespectful. They refused to run my credit and still made me fill up the application. The salesmen kept raising his voice he ended up sending his manager who was also disrespectful and refused to remove the package. He told me to go visit any dealership within a 50 mile radius and no one would remove it. The same package I found online at $895 and it was optional. I asked if he ran my credit he said no. Right when I left I get an alert that nissan of greenville had ran my credit. They decided to run my credit after I left their facility. It's very frustrating that they were scamming me on a package, were disrespectful and on top ran my credit when they knew there wasn't a sale and practically he kicked me out of his dealership. I've been doing business with this location for years. But, after this incident they've lost a valued customer and I won't be referring new customers to their location ever again. If your in the market for a new vehicle don't go to Nissan of greenville. You'll get terrible service and they'll steal your money. Find a better dealership and people that are more professional and treat their customers with respect.

      Traded a car in that I bought from them. On a new car. Wife was not happy with car so we traded it in somewhere else. Found out the finance manager sold me an extra warranty on a new car that already has a bumper to bumper warranty. So we tried to cancel the warranty. Finance manager said we couldnt do that. So we drove up there and yes we canceled the warranty. Got an email from the warranty place saying it has been canceled. Now we are due a refund from Nissan of Greenville. Manager says it will be **** weeks to process. So yes still getting the run around

      I bought a vehicle from them in May, 2022. I told them it was a CASH sale. I never filled out a credit application or applied for credit. Without my consent, they ordered my credit report from all 3 credit reporting agencies, which resulted in them lowering my credit score. Insult to injury: my credit score is over 800 and they denied me the credit that I never asked for. I am soooo angry!

      Sorry service dept. Wouldn't warranty my battery. Bought a 84 month old battery, lasted 36 months. Ended up having to pay for a new one. Service manager a **************. They don't do what they say. Bought my 2013 preowned Maxima there. Will not go back.
