  My wife and I retained Land Pro Services (*********************) to be the contractor of our Home Remodel. The estimate was an $8000 deposit separate from a fee of $5400 labor and we buy all materials for phase 1 which included a sunroom utility room spare bathroom bedroom number two in bedroom number 3. ********************* brought in a crew that last four days due to the horrible work that they did and we have photos to verify, The second crew lasted all of about seven days because they had a discrepancy with **************** regarding money and payment so once they were given a check for their portion of half of phase 1 remodel of $2700 they left and they didnt show back up and then we noticed a few days later that one of the crewmembers from the second group that ********************* hired stole a 22 revolver out of my Kawasaki mule that was parked in my shop. There is an open case with the Lavaca *************************** Now were on the third subcontractor his name is *********************************, and he was brought on by ********************* for the home remodel under false pretense. ********************* told him that the house was his and he was needing to get portions of the back rooms ready for them to move into all without discussing and negotiating an amount for ************************ to do the work. ************************ will write a statement to verify that conversation. Without discussing anything with me **************** told ************************ that we would pay for any portions of the prior work that was wrong and we want it fixed in the amount of $300 and that the remaining half portion of $2700 would cover the utility room bathroom bedroom number two in bedroom number three without taking into consideration the sunroom was part of phase 1. ************************ told me about the discussions between him and **************** I contacted **************** for clarification and that is when **************** told me it would be better for me to deal directly with ************************ and that he was backing out of the contract no mention of deposit refund.

  I contacted Land Pro Services, to do several projects. Install new front door, install **** ft of shoemolding, paint shoemodling to match baseboards, install two toilets , pour 15X20 cement pad and build a patio cover. 1)Not everywhere in my home has shoemodling 2)1 inch gap below my door from the installation of new door 3)Stamped concrete, is uneven, not the color agreed upon in contract, has slope into home (which will cause flooding in my home, when it rains 4)Patio structure was not sound and i asked them to take it down 2,3 are the issues. 1. I want 240$ to have the gap fixed on door 2. The quote to have the cement removed and redone is $7500 This business has no no business selling services they are not qualified to perform. I gave them 4 weeks to work on this project, they told me they would be done by the 6th, which they were not. I fired them. Told them not to return to my property for fear they would ruin something else.

  I hired Cale and Mikayla , owners of this business to come and do a concrete stamped patio and build a patio cover. 1) patio concrete is not level and has not been sealed 2)Patio cover built looks like someone who had no idea building built it. It leans on the home, leaks, and was built into existing roof and ruined my roof. I asked them to 1) remove the structure 2)finish my concrete 3)remove all the trash they left on my property. Not on answer back to my emails or phone messages I want them to finish the concrete and come remove the structure they built and return me 500$ so I can have my roof repaired
