            ** Feb of 2023 I reached out to Warrior Financial about filing my taxes. I provided them with all the information necessary to do so. I confirmed with them that I wanted to review the filings before they submitted them. Instead, they submitted my tax return without me, reviewing it. Also, without my signature. Which I do believe is illegal. The original tax return had several large mistakes resulting in me, having to hire and pay a new CPA to file an amendment. After everything was settled with the **** I requested a refund from warrior financial. They denied my request. I will upload screenshots of my end of the email correspondence. Im not sure if Im allowed to add the emails she sent to me. I am adding a part of her email signature section that is the reason Im not sure if Im allowed to share her parts of the email. If I am I am happy to they show her admission to messing up my taxes and the fee. you can see from the emails that the filings were done without my knowledge or signature. Please let me know if you need any other documents. I have the original filings as well. I will also be filing a complaint with the *** on the basis of her filing without my permission.
