    I purchased a bottle from this company, and within weeks the cap split and broke. I asked for a replacement and was sent a new cap. This cap broke in the same exact way a few weeks later, I asked for a refund. I was sent another replacement cap and told by the company that the they knew there was an issue with the caps and they were redesigning them. I received a third replacement cap which broke once again just days after I received it. So, that is 3 caps in a few months that the company knows are defective. They are refusing to refund my money because the bottle is "used". This is an outrageous abuse of customers. This company is knowingly selling a defective product. I have emails from the company that I can send if necessary. This is from the last email: Hi ******,We're sorry to know that the replacement cap has cracked too; however, we can't issue a refund for used items. I've reached out to the team so we can figure out the best approach, also the new batch of caps shouldn't have the same issue since it has been improved.
