Went to McDonalds today on Warrior Way in **************, ** *****. Waited over 45 minutes for food. Customers that came in after me all received their orders. I approached the counter and had to ask someone for help to ask were my order was. I was told there ran out out food and was switching to lunch. I order breakfast at **** am, when I approached the counter the time was ****. I waited 42 minutes to be told there serving lunch. I ordered breakfast I asked how I got skipped and was told we are serving lunch now. I wanted my breakfast that order. My daughter by the whole situation of not getting any food. And when I requested a refund they made me wait another 10 minutes mind you my daughter is watching everyone else being served. This franchise should be shut down and here their license revoked. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been too and this is how they treat the military community. We don't have the luxury of hanging out all day waiting for something that never came. Horrible horrible horrible place to go and eat, all they said was I'm sorry you feel this way. I stated feel what way, your sorry you took my money and didnt give me any food and this is somehow my fault. I waited plenty of time mind you 45 minutes for three breakfast sandwich combos with OJ. The passive aggressive tone displayed by this organization is ridiculous, no shows they have no remorse or could care less. I won't go back to any mcdonalds every again. Thank you ******************* McDonalds for your destroying customer relations.Business response

Good morning, ************************* called our **** complaint number about this incident on 6-19-2023. On June 20th one of my managers called and spoke with him about this incident and resolved it. We have apologized and corrected the problem. We have documents that we keep on file when complaints are received and resolved.
