Wellstone just told me they dont take *********************************** they told me at the **************** if I dont pay the $35 dollar I cant be seen and they only have 1 restroom thats the Men and somedays it does be someone in the Men restroom and I have to go in the Women restroom because I have bowel and Urine incident on myself. I heard the owner of the Wellstone is about to banned me while I was in the restroom using it in the building I was in. The owner of Wellstone told me I will have to go somewhere else to see the doctor if I dont pay out of pocket I was paying mostly $45 dollars out of my pockets. I havent heard nothing from **** Club or Dollar Tree or Family Dollar store and the scammers been sending me emails and they be on my ******** and they send me text message.Initial Complaint

I am attempting to correct a billing issue with Wellstone medical services covering two instances of service.The first instance of service occurred when I was referred to Seton Medical by the ********************* VA ****** in Temple for an Urology procedure due to kidney stones in November 2023. As such the procedure was covered by TRI-west and the office billed accordingly. My Dr name is ****************. Because I had a stent placed at the time of surgery I had to conduct an office visit 7 days later to have it removed. during check in the office assistant deleted my TRI-************** and billed my ********** Blue Shield private insurance which prompted a bill.I have visited the office and had the issue corrected, the office billed Tri-West and received payment. However ****** Medical continues to bill me.The second instance of service occurred when I had an endoscopy procedure done on Dec 20th of 2023.I made a co-pay payment at the time of service prior to being accepted into the procedure.Since then or prior to I have never been in need of medical services and have never carried a balance of any type.I requested this issue be resolved several times in the form of emails (4) via the Myhealth chart billing section online. I have written several times by mail (3) and yet I continue to be billed. I have attempted to speak with a customer support representative by calling their provided number and have been placed on hold upwards of 2 hours at a time with no reply, I have left my number for a call back as an option and have not received a return call ever.I have also gone to the place where I had the services rendered and obtained zero balance sheets showing payment at the time of service, of which I have supplied the billing department and has proven to be fruitless.The level of unprofessionalism on the part of the billing department has been staggering.I should not be receiving automated call and bills for no reason. ***************************************** and Wellstone Health Partners use MyChart for payments. We made two online payments using MyChart on April 24 and May 2 of this year. Wellstone verified they received those payments.I made another payment on June 2, but it was applied to ******************** ********************.Wellstone and ******************** ******************** used the same account number and the same billing system. As you can see on the MyChart page, it lists ******************** ******************** and Wellstone Health Partners.Wellstone sent the bill to collections claiming payments were not made even though we used the same mechanism to pay as in April and May. We repeatedly called to make a payment plan however they did not answer the call for 20 minutes or more, nor did they return any phone calls as requested.There was no notice this would be turned over to collections, and we had no reason to believe it would be since payments were being made.Now when I try to talk to Wellstone to explain the problem, the only answer I get is that they no longer have the account. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor. They put me on hold and then disconnected the call.
