H plumbing save the day ! Was an America home shield call , until Ms ********* explain that if it was a nature failure it would be cover. After we explained that it was a s**** in water she recommended for us to cancel the home shield call before it was charge. And ********* was correct it would have not covered it. So we hired H plumbing they came out quick ****** was thoughtful and accurate on the issue was able to repair quickly! These people are awesome and come highly recommended with 10 stars. Dont believe the bad reviews they are friendly and respectful to all veterans!Review from Cassandra N.

Worst customer EVER! The lady who claimed to be the owner called me and over the phone has NO customer service skills and/or phone etiquette altogether. This person does not know how to speak to anyone. I was reminded that this service is a home warranty service call and wasn't done by me so therefore she cant cater to me since I'm not actually paying out of pocket. When I told her I would be posting a review she claimed I was threatening her and she was just trying to help me. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone and after reading the below comments it show the trend of the same woman. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Zero stars and I will be calling AHS.

Hplumbing does not know this customer.This was a american home shield call.An appointment was set up automatically thru dispatch.Hplumbing never served this customer.Plan holder was very rude to the office manager yelling and cursing at her.Plan holder wanted service after 5 pm. AHS only allows work during reg, hours.AHS cancelled the work order due to plan holder refusing to follow the guidelines.Hplumbing refusees to be yelled at especially for a discounted service.Review from Dylan H

I was awake and waiting for the plumber to come by and never received a text or call about being on the way. Just a note saying that he had missed me. There were two people awake and waiting by the door and there was no knock or doorbell rung. I had called the receptionist and she offered no apology and just said Well thats not what the plumber had said. Immediately got defensive and said I shouldve done this and this and kept cutting me off when I tried to explain my situation. She was very rude and offered no solution to the issue except to be rescheduled on Wednesday when I had already waited 4 days for someone to show up. There was no communication or problem resolution on their end. Do not recommend since the plumber makes no attempt to get anyone to come to the door.H-Plumbing Response

Hello, no work was performed here. You were notified through the dispatch software by American Home Shield. The software makes the appointment and notifies you about when the plumber is en route, his arrival, and job completion. You were emailed and texted the appointment *************. The plumber was at your house at 7:50 A.M. and waited more than 10 minutes without a response, so he tagged the door. You own a video ******** that shows the plumber's attempts to establish his presence as well as an audible ring that notifies you directly. This is a home warranty call and the plan holder and vendor must follow the home warranty guidelines. AHS is aware of the matter and agreed with H-Plumbing. If you are in need of special attention, you should forego the discounted service and hire a plumber out of pocket that should fulfill your requests.Review from David T

Worst customer service EVER!!! I came in contact with this lady over the phone from H plumbing who lacks customer service skills and phone etiquette altogether. Dear Sir, I am ******************************* owner of H-Plumbing. We are sorry to hear about your phone interaction with our office.I have looked into this matter and ********* was not rude to you.********* explained to you under American home shield guidelines that you are required to make yourself available to the vender, not the other way around.You refused to do so and became very angry when you could not get your way.American home shield canceled the call and agreed with H-plumbing. Thank you.
