I hired this company to remove an existing patio slab and put in a new larger concrete patio. They were to start the job Thurs Oct 27,2022 at 8:30am. I was not notified of a delay and I contacted them at 10:22am and finally received a response at 11:09am advising of trailer problems. This was the first of many appointments that were no shows and no communication. The concrete was poured Tues Nov 1,2022. The job to this day is still not complete because he has not come back to finish cleanup and damage repair. ***** did not bring all of his own equipment needed and used my good garden hose without asking for permission to do so and it is now covered in scratches and concrete residue because they didn't clean it after using it. After the concrete was brushed out and I went inside to get a bottle of water ***** used my stress level of delays to text me asking for a check in an amount larger that what was due to him at that point. I wrote the check without thinking about it being too much. He was to complete cleanup and collect the rest of the money the next day. He sent his brother by himself to do cleanup without proper equipment so it couldn't be completed. Chronos Construction has now been overpaid by $925 because the work (cleanup and repairs) are not yet complete as of this date. The concrete has low spots holding water. ***** makes arrangements to come and complete the repairs however either no shows or never brings the correct amount of people or supplies to complete this. I last had contact with ***** on Wed Nov 30,2022 when I advised him my next available day for him to come and complete the cleanup and repairs would be Sat Dec 10,2022. ***** read that text message and has not yet contacted me back for a day to complete this job. I have emails, text messages if needed as well as more photos for this work, the timeline, appointments not met and damages I can download from phone if needed.
