I frequented this location since arriving in June. Up until today I had no issues with it the actual product. But today when I purchased a Cake disposable vape pen it looked used/low for being brand new. Before I left the drive they window I asked the cashier if this worked was this normal? She stated "it's fine it's settled" so making the mistake of accepting this answer I left. Within 15 mins the pen no longer worked. I returned before 60 mins had passed and when I arrived the cashier shrugged her shoulders and said you left nothing I can do. She stated she had no idea if it was fine or settled because she dsnt smoke those things. Unfortunately for me I believed her the first time and was refused a refund exchange or replacement. I will dispute this with my bank and hopefully no one else has this happen to them. Money is not free but apparently it is for this owner.33.56$ 08/20/2022 3:25pm
