      I placed an order on December 8, 2023 and still have not received it. Order number *****. I have attempted to contact the business through emails, responses from the order placed email, as well as ******** messenger. No response back. My account was charged but I have not received my package. This is completely unacceptable.

      Initial emails by customer were located in spam folder. Contact was made with customer and explained lack of correspondence and delay in shipping of customer sticker packs. Customer received product.

      I purchased a hat online on January 22, 2022. After almost a month with no hat or communication. I reached out via email with no response. I then reached out through PayPal and they responded saying the hat was back ordered but they were now working on it. I declined and asked for a refund. They supposedly refunded through PayPal but it never cleared. Come to find out they paid the refund by e-check and it didnt clear. It is now March 13th and I STILL havent received a refund.

      This company offered to do a fundraiser for the widow of a firefighter who lost his life while on vacation in ******. His widow and myself (stepfather) have written numerous emails in an effort to obtain the funds that were generated during the fundraiser. They have told us, they sent two cashiers checks in November. They are unable to provide the address of where the checks were mailed to, or the amount of the checks. They have said for over a month, they were about to send another check with tracking information. They will not respond to emails for weeks, and then state the same information. We ask that the original checks be replaced and mailed to his widow, (which the company has her address), along with any remaining funds she is due.

      I purchased two hats that from the fireman up website on May 21, 2021 and I still have not received my order. I reached out to the business on August 25, 2021 and the business finally responded after three emails. He stated he had an order of 70 and was trying to complete the order. Its been over two months and nothing. He has not contacted me and will not respond to my emails. I had to close my bank account I used to complete the order and I am worried the business will not send a reimbursement to a new account nor will the complete the order. I understand taking time to complete an order but I do not understand the lack of communication. Please help me recover my money I used to purchase a product I did not receive.
