    I purchased a case of tumblers and they were not fully cured by the manufacturers. When i reached out to them they advised me to try a couple of solutions. I did but it didnt help. The sublimation paper was sticking. They then told me to bake them in my oven for 6 minutes. This requires a dedicated oven for sublimation. I do not have one. After trying 6 of the case they told me to return the unused ones and they would refund. These tumblers were defective, they gave me some possible solutions which didnt work, yet they only would allow me to return the unused tumblers at MY expense. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I was not a new customer but I definitely wont be buying anything from them again. BUYER BEWARE!

    As we indicated in one of many emails we also sublimate using the same tumblers we sale and to date we've sublimated on 7 of the shimmer tumblers from that same lot and did not experience any issues. Like you, we use a tumbler press as well. If we did in fact have the same issue along with your issue we would be the first to contact the manufacture. Take this with a grain of salt but we did reach out to the manufacture about this issue and they claim they have not received any complaints about these tumblers. We've used this same manufacture for over two years and we personally inspect every tumbler and is extremely rate we have complaints about our products or quality. Not saying we are perfect but we do our best to rectify any and all claims that can be validated through visual inspection and hands on testing.

    The tumblers should have been returned at your expense, not mine. They are defective. Same ink, same paper, same press but other tumblers press just fine. It is your product that is the problem.

    I agree however, as we mentioned we've used the same tumblers from the same lot and the tumblers came out fine and additionally, none of the other customers that have ordered this same tumbler have not contacted us with issues. One thing as a business we have to watch out for (not saying you are doing this) is, people claiming the product is damaged or defective when the damage or defect was cause by them. Example: had one customer claim our tumblers were defective and we did pay to have them returned to find out it was a scam because on the bottom of the tumbler is clearly says "Designed In ********** Made In *****". This I believe a **** product and was not ours. Our mistake was we refunded before the product was returned so it cost us shipping and product we had to throw away and the customer kept the tumblers we sent.
